Frederick Douglass coach Daryl Moberly started the following lineup: 5-10 Fr. Jaylee Knowles, 5-9 Jr. Amayah Maxwell, 6-2 Sr. Ayanna-Sarai Darrington, 5-3 Jr. Kate Baker, and 5-7 Jr. Niah Rhodes. Henry Clay coach Ashley Garrard countered with 5-9 Sr. Allison Stone, 5-8 Sr. Emily Johnson, 5-10 Sr. Elizabeth Nelson, 5-2 Jr. Ariyanna Sutton, and 5-6 Sr. Timarri Miller.

Frederick Douglass avenged an early season loss with a convincing 69-40 victory over Henry Clay tonight. Frederick Douglass shot 40.7% from the field including six of 15 from the three point line. The Lady Broncos connected on 19 of 29 free throws, pulled down 45 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 22 Henry Clay turnovers. Henry Clay shot 25.9% from the field including four of 26 from beyond the arc. The Lady Blue Devils connected on six of 10 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored five points off 19 Frederick Douglass turnovers.

Ayanna-Sarai Darrington led Frederick Douglass with 20 points including eight of 13 free throws, 17 rebounds, three blocked shots, and four steals. Niah Rhodes added 16 points including two three point baskets, and four rebounds. Kate Baker recorded eight points including two three point baskets, two rebounds, and four assists. Jaylee Knowles chipped in with seven points, seven rebounds, and two blocked shots. 5-5 So. Reagan Gregonis added five points including three of four free throws and two rebounds.

5-8 Sr. Lydia Van Metre led henry Clay with 12 points including two three point baskets and six rebounds. Timarri Miller added nine points and two rebounds. 5-9 Jr. Amari Sims recorded six points and two rebounds. 5-5 7th Grade Tamia Waide chipped in with three points, six rebounds, two assists, and two blocked shots. Ariyanna Sutton added three points, five rebounds, two assists, and three steals. Emily Johnson recorded three points, three rebounds, and two blocked shots.
