Madison Central coach Scott True started the following lineup: 5-7 Sr. Eden Carter, 5-7 Jr. Brooke Campbell, 5-9 Jr. Cameryn Ridderikhoff, 5-6 Jr. Tiana Long, and 5-6 Jr. Nataya Strader. Rowan County coach Matt Stokes countered with 5-9 So. Lauryn Eastham, 5-8 Fr. Brynlee Walker, 5-8 Sr. Olivia Beach, 5-5 Jr. Diamond Wills, and 5-6 8th Grade Kelbie Ford.

Madison Central utilized their pressure defense and up-tempo game to defeat Rowan County by the score of 57-25. Madison Central shot 46.9% from the field including three of 10 from the three point line. The Lady Indians connected on eight of 12 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 28 points off 19 Rowan County turnovers. Rowan County shot 25% from the field including two of 16 from beyond the arc. The Lady Vikings connected on seven of 10 free throws, pulled down 19 rebounds, and scored eight points off nine Madison Central turnovers.

Cameryn Ridderikhoff led Madison Central with 21 points, two rebounds, and five steals. Ridderikhoff was nine of 12 from the field including two of two from beyond the arc, and one of two free throws in only 17 minutes of play. Nataya Strader added 11 points, six rebounds, four assists, and three steals. Eden Carter recorded six points and seven rebounds. Tiana Long chipped in with five points and four rebounds. Brooke Campbell added four points, two rebounds, five assists, and two steals.

Olivia Beach led Rowan County with six points and four rebounds. Brynlee Walker added four points. Lauryn Eastham recorded three points, six rebounds, and three blocked shots. Diamond Wills chipped in with three points, one rebound, and two assists. 5-7 8th Grade Josie Furnish recorded two points, four rebounds, and two steals.
