Sidwell Friends Academy (DC) coach Tamika Dudley started the following lineup: 6-2 So. Jayla Jackson, 6-2 Sr. Marla Long, 6-4 Sr. Zania Socka, 5-7 So. Ava Yoon, and 6-2 Sr. Kendall Dudley. Sacred Heart Academy coach Donna Moir countered with 6-0 Jr. ZaKiyah Johnson, 5-8 Sr. Claire Russell, 6-3 Sr. Angelina Pelayo, 5-4 Fr. Amirah Jordan, and 5-10 Sr. Reagan Bender.

Sidwell Friends Academy (DC) defeated Sacred Heart Academy by the score of 53-48. Sidwell Friends Academy (DC) shot 38.3% from the field including three of nine from the three point line. The Quakers connected on 14 of 18 free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 21 Sacred Heart Academy turnovers. Sacred Heart Academy shot 31.3% from the field including two of 12 from beyond the arc. The Valkyries connected on 16 of 21 free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored 21 points off 21 Sidwell Friends Academy turnovers.

Zania Socka led Sidwell Friends Academy with 22 points including eight of nine free throws, nine rebounds, two assists, three blocked shots, and two steals. Kendall Dudley added 16 points including two three point baskets, nine rebounds, two assists, and three blocked shots. Jayla Jackson recorded 13 points including four of six free throws, and three rebounds.

ZaKiyah Johnson led Sacred Heart Academy with 26 points including two three point baskets, six of six free throws, and three rebounds. Claire Russell added seven points and six rebounds. Amirah Jordan recorded six points, three rebounds, three assists, and two steals. Reagan Bender chipped in with five points on five of six free throws, three rebounds, two assists, and three steals.
