Lexington Catholic coach Michael Menifee started the following lineup: 5-9 Sr. Marielle Sackleh, 5-8 Sr. Mary Hall, 5-9 Sr. Lydia Kennedy, 5-5 So. Josey Cox, and 5-6 Sr. Brooke Russell. Madison Central coach Scott True countered with 5-7 Sr. Eden Carter, 5-7 Jr. Brooke Campbell, 5-9 Jr. Cameryn Ridderikhoff, 5-7 Jr. Brittany Campbell, and 5-6 Jr. Nataya Strader.

Madison Central raced out to a 34-6 halftime lead on their way to a 51-17 victory over Lexington Catholic. Madison Central shot 45.5% from the field including six of 14 from the three point line. The Lady Indians connected on five of 13 free throws, pulled down 27 rebounds, and scored 28 points off 23 Lexington Catholic turnovers. Lexington Catholic shot 19.4% from the field including zero of eight from beyond the arc. The Lady Knights connected on five of seven free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored two points off eight Madison Central turnovers.

Nataya Strader led Madison Central with 14 points including two three point baskets, two rebounds, and two steals. Brittany Campbell added 10 points, five rebounds, two assists, and four steals. Cameryn Ridderikhoff recorded nine points, five rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Brooke Campbell chipped in with five points, three assists, and three steals. Eden Carter added five points, two rebounds, and five steals. 5-4 So. Skylar Collinsworth recorded five points.

Lydia Kennedy led Lexington Catholic with eight points, three rebounds, two blocked shots, and three steals. 5-9 So. Bella Bretz added four points and 10 rebounds.
