Montgomery County coach Dustin High started the following lineup: 5-11 Sr. Allie Dillon, 5-7 Sr. Reaghan Oney, 5-11 Fr. Baylee Warner, 5-4 Fr. Sophie Fouch, and 5-7 Sr. Hayden Barrier. Madison Central coach Scott True countered with 5-7 Jr. Brooke Campbell, 5-7 Sr. Eden Carter, 5-9 Jr. Cameryn Ridderikhoff, 5-7 Jr. Brittany Campbell, and 5-6 Jr. Nataya Strader.

Montgomery County defeated Madison Central by the score of 47-41. Madison Central had some late opportunities but could not get the shots to fall. Montgomery County shot 47.1% from the field including three of 12 from the three point line. The Lady Indians connected on 12 of 20 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 18 Madison Central turnovers. Madison Central shot 29.8% from the field including four of 20 from beyond the arc. The Indians connected on three of eight free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 27 Montgomery County turnovers.

Hayden Barrier led Montgomery County with 17 points including two three point baskets, five rebounds, and three steals. Allie Dillon added seven points including four of four free throws, five rebounds, and three assists. Reaghan Oney recorded seven points, four rebounds, two assists, and four steals. Baylee Warner chipped in with seven points and six rebounds. 6-1 Jr. Savannah Jarvis recorded four points, 10 rebounds, and two steals. Sophie Fouch added five points and four rebounds.

Cameryn Ridderikhoff led Madison Central with 17 points including three three point baskets, three rebounds, and two assists. 5-7 Sr. Olivia Metcalfe added nine points and four rebounds. Nataya Strader recorded six points, three rebounds, and two steals. Brittany Campbell chipped in with four points, five rebounds, four assists, and three steals. Eden Carter pulled down six rebounds.
