Lexington Christian Academy coach Ted Hall started the following lineup: 6-5 Jr. Colt Cummins, 6-5 So. Simon King, 6-8 Sr. Payton Mayhorn, 6-0 Jr. Saxton Howard, and 6-2 Jr. Hagan Preston. Harrison County coach Terence Brooks countered with 6-2 Sr. Kaydon Custard, 6-1 Sr. Garrett Wilson, 6-5 Jr. Jayden Boyers, 5-9 Sr. Mason Smiley, and 5-9 Sr. Elijah Harris.

Lexington Christian Academy defeated Harrison County 69-66 in overtime. There were 11 lead changes and 11 ties in this game. Lexington Christian Academy shot 47.4% from the field including seven of 25 from the three point line. The Eagles connected on eight of 12 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored 28 points off 24 Harrison County turnovers. Harrison County shot 49% from the field including 10 of 23 from beyond the arc. The Thorobreds connected on six of eight free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 13 LCA turnovers.

Saxton Howard led LCA with 20 points including two three point baskets, three assists, and two steals. 6-1 Sr. Kenyatta Hardge added 13 points including two three point baskets, six rebounds, and three steals. Hagan Preston recorded 10 points, three rebounds, and three steals. Simon King chipped in with nine points, eight rebgounds, and two blocked shots.

Kaydon Custard led Harrison County with 25 points including two three point baskets, three of four free throws, six rebounds, and six assists. Mason Smiley added 15 points on five three point baskets and three rebounds. Elijah Harris recorded 10 points and five rebounds. Garrett Wilson chipped in with 10 points including two three point baskets.
