Paul Laurence Dunbar coach Erik Daniels started the following lineup: 5-9 Sr. Bella Rusing, 5-7 Sr. Justice Biggerstaff, 5-10 Fr. Ellie Lavey, 5-4 Fr. Layla Flynn, and 5-5 Fr. Eriyaune Daniels. Lexington Catholic coach Michael Menifee countered with 5-9 Sr. Lydia Kennedy, 5-8 Sr. Mary Hall, 5-9 Sr. Marielle Sackleh, 5-5 So. Josey Cox, and 5-6 Sr. Brooke Russell.

Lexington Catholic defeated Paul Laurence Dunbar by the score of 49-45. Lexington Catholic shot 34% from the field including four of 13 from the three point line. The Knights connected on 11 of 23 free throws, pulled down 44 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 13 Paul Laurence Dunbar turnovers. Paul Laurence Dunbar shot 30.4% from the field including seven of 14 from beyond the arc. The Lady Bulldogs connected on 10 of 18 free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 19 Lexington Catholic turnovers.

Josey Cox led Lexington Catholic with 14 points including eight of 11 free throws, three rebounds, and two assists. Lydia Kennedy added eight points, 10 rebounds, three assists, and three blocked shots. 5-9 So. Bella Bretz recorded eight points including two three point baskets, nine rebounds, two assists, and two steals. 5-9 So. Payton Avilez chipped in with eight points including two three point baskets. Marielle Sackleh added four points, 10 rebounds, and two blocked shots.

Eriyaune Daniels led Paul Laurence Dunbar with 12 points on four three point baskets, four rebounds, and three steals. Layla Flynn added eight points, two rebounds, six assists, and four steals. Ellie Lavey recorded six points, six rebounds, six blocked shots, and two steals. Bella Rusing chipped in with six points, six rebounds, two assists, and two blocked shots. Justice Biggerstaff recorded five points, four rebounds, and three steals.
