Madison Southern coach Josh Curtis started the following lineup: 5-10 So. Laci Sandlin, 5-5 Jr. Ashlan Estep, 5-9 Sr. Olivia Wagoner, 5-1 Jr. Maria Himes, and 5-4 So. Hadlery French. Henry Clay coach Ashley Garrard countered with 5-9 Sr. Allison Stone, 5-8 Sr. Lydia Van Metre, 5-10 Sr. Elizabeth Nelson, 5-3 Jr. Ariyanna Sutton, and 5-6 Sr. Timarri Miller.

Henry Clay defeated Madison Southern by the score of 52-40. Henry Clay raced out to a 19-6 lead but Madison Southern closed the deficit to 2; 35-33 after three quarters but the Lady Blue Devils pulled away in the final quarter for the win. Henry Clay shot 45.2% from the field including five of 13 from the three point line. The Lady Eagles connected on nine of 10 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 21 points off 13 Madison Southern turnovers. Madison Southern shot 26,7% from the field including five of 19 from beyond the arc. The Lady Eagles connected on 11 of 21 free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 16 Henry Clay turnovers.

Timarri Miller led Henry Clay with 18 points including two three point baskets, eight rebounds, and two assists. Allison Stone added 14 points including five of six free throws, five rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Ariyanna Sutton recorded 10 points including two three point baskets, five rebounds, and five assists. Elizabeth Nelson chipped in with four points, six rebounds, two assists, and two blocked shots.

Hadley French led Madison Southern with 16 points including three three point baskets, and four rebounds. Laci Sandlin added 13 points and six rebounds. 5-10 Sr. Bailey Hensley recorded five points and eight rebounds. Ashlan Estep chipped in with five points and two rebounds.
