Conner coach Michelle Gambrel started the following lineup: 5-6 Jr. Alexis Craddock, 5-6 Sr. Ava Brown, 5-8 So. Izelee Kerns, 5-0 Jr. Avery Burchem, and 5-7 Sr. Anna Hamilton. Ashland Blazer coach Stacy Davis countered with 5-8 So. Gabby Karle, 5-7 Sr. Jaidyn Gulley, 5-9 Fr. Jenna Delaney, 5-3 Jr. Kenleigh Woods, and 5-8 Sr. Ella Sellars.

Ashland Blazer raced out to a 22-2 first quarter lead on their way to a 74-48 victory over Conner. Ashland Blazer shot 50.9% from the field including five of 13 from the three point line. The Kittens connected on 13 of 20 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 24 points off 18 Conner turnovers. Conner shot 35.1% from the field including three of 12 from beyond the arc. The Lady Cougars connected on 19 of 26 free throws, pulled down 23 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 11 Ashland Blazer turnovers.

Kenleigh Woods led Ashland Blazer with 19 points including two three point baskets, four rebounds, three assists, and three steals. Ella Sellars added 17 points including two three point baskets, six rebounds, four assists, and two steals. Jenna Delaney recorded 11 points, two rebounds, and two assists. 5-5 Fr. Brookelyn Duckwyler chipped in with 10 points, three rebounds, and three assists. Jaidyn Gulley added five points, nine rebounds, two assists, and two blocked shots. Gabby Karle recorded five points and four assists.

Anna Hamilton led Conner with 25 points including two three point baskets, 11 of 11 free throws, and six rebounds. Izelee Kerns added 14 points, seven rebounds, two assists, and one blocked shot.
