Henry Clay coach Daniel Brown started the following lineup: 6-4 So. Jackson Stephan, 6-2 Sr. Isaiah Stephan, 6-5 Jr. Hassan Bush, 6-0 Jr. Kayson Brown, and 6-1 Jr. AJ Dixon. Great Crossing coach Steve Page countered with 6-7 Sr. Jeremiah Godfrey, 6-5 Jr. Vince Dawson III, 7-1 Jr. Malachi Moreno, 5-9 Jr. Junius Burrell, and 6-4 Jr. Gage Richardson.

Great Crossing raced out to a 28-9 first quarter lead on their way to a 69-60 victory over Henry Clay. Great Crossing shot 50% from the field including four of 14 from the three point line. The Warhawks connected on 15 of 26 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 12 Henry Clay turnovers. Henry Clay shot 42.3% from the field including eight of 24 from beyond the arc. The Blue Devils connected on eight of 13 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 10 points off seven Great Crossing turnovers.

Malachi Moreno led Great Crossing with 22 points and 15 rebounds. Vince Dawson III added 19 points, five rebounds, five assists, and two steals. Jeremiah Godfrey recorded 12 points and five rebounds.

Isaiah Stephan led Henry Clay with 20 points including four three point baskets, and three rebounds. Jackson Stephan added 16 points including five of six free throws, and seven rebounds. Kayson Brown recorded 13 points including three three point baskets, four rebounds, and five assists.
