Lafayette coach Allison Tate Denton started the following lineup: 5-10 Jr. Tess Nelson, 5-10 Jr. Belle Combs, 5-8 Sr. Jackie Tishibangi, 5-5 So. Anna Clay Denton, and 5-5 Jr. Abbey Popham. Frederick Douglass coach Daryl Moberly countered with 5-10 Fr. Jaylee Knowles, 5-9 Jr. Amayah Maxwell, 6-2 Sr. Ayanna-Sarai Darrington, 5-0 Jr. Mikalee Bennett, and 5-3 Jr. Katie Baker. (Niah Rhodes was out tonight with an injury).

Frederick Douglass defeated Lafayette by the score of 51-34. Frederick Douglass shot 39.6% from the field including five of 15 from the three point line. The Lady Broncos connected on four of eight free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 18 Lafayette turnovers. Lafayette shot 32.6% from the field including zero of 11 from beyond the arc. The Lady Generals connected on four of four free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 16 Frederick Douglass turnovers.

Ayanna-Sarai Darrington led Frederick Douglass with 18 points, 15 rebounds, two assists, and three blocked shots. Katie Baker added 14 points including four three point baskets, two rebounds, six assists, and three steals. Jaylee Knowles recorded 10 points, seven rebounds, and two assists. Mikalee Bennett chipped in with seven points, three rebounds, and three steals.

Anna Clay Denton led Lafayette with 10 points, four rebounds, and four assists. Tess Nelson added 10 points, three rebounds, and four steals. 5-8 Fr. Addison Combs recorded six points, seven rebounds, and two blocked shots. Jackie Tishibangi chipped in with four points, three rebounds, and three steals. Belle Combs recorded four points, two rebounds, and two steals.
