Whitefield Academy coach Glen Wathen started the following lineup: 5-8 Jr. Holly Gilliam, 5-7 Sr. Sara Ritter, 5-8 Jr. Noel Smith, 5-7 Sr. Allison Spieker, and 5-8 Jr. Gwynnie Franz. Henry Clay coach Ashley Garrard countered with 5-9 Sr. Allison Stone, 5-8 Sr. Lydia Van Metre. 5-10 Sr. Elizabeth Nelson, 5-5 Sr. Ava Grace Melloan, and 5-6 Sr. Timarri Miller.

The score was tied 23-23 at halftime but Henry Clay pulled away after the intermission for a 50-41 victory over Whitefield Academy. There were four lead changes and five ties in this game. Henry Clay shot 47.5% from the field including seven of 17 from the three point line. The Lady Blue Devils connected on five of nine free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 14 Whitefield Academy turnovers. Whitefield Academy shot 40% from the field including seven of 22 from beyond the arc. The Lady Wildcats connected on two of six free throws, pulled down 21 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 16 Henry Clay turnovers.

Allison Stone led Henry Clay with 15 points including three three point baskets, 12 rebounds, and four assists. Timarri Miller added 11 points, four rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Lydia Van Metre recorded 11 points including three three point baskets, three rebounds, and two assists.

Allison Spieker led Whitefield Academy with 19 points including five three point baskets, three rebounds, and four steals. Gwynnie Franz added nine points including two three point baskets, four rebounds, and three assists. Sara Ritter recorded six points, four rebounds, three assists, and three steals. Noel Smith chipped in with five points, five rebounds, and four steals.
