Lexington Catholic coach Brandon Salsman coach started the following lineup: 6-5 Sr. Tyler Doyle, 6-4 Sr. Rowan Williams, 6-7 Sr. Miller Williams, 6-0 Sr. John Reinhart, and 6-3 Sr. Brody Turner. Lexington Christian Academy coach Ted Hall countered with 6-2 Jr. Hagan Preston, 6-1 Sr. Kenyatta Hardge, 6-5 So. Simon King, 5-11 So. Sam Spillman, and 6-0 Jr. Saxton Howard.

Lexington Catholic defeated Lexington Christian Academy by the score of 85-67. Lexington Catholic shot a sizzling 68.6% from the field including 11 of 23 from the three point line. The Knights connected on four of eight free throws, pulled down 19 rebounds, and scored 24 points off 15 LCA turnovers. Lexington Christian Academy shot 68.8% from the field including 10 of 17 from beyond the arc. The Eagles connected on 13 of 20 free throws, pulled down 14 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 12 Lexington Catholic turnovers.

John Reinhart led Lexington Catholic with 30 points including eight three point baskets, two assists, and two steals. Tyler Doyle added 20 points, three rebounds, nine assists, and three steals. Rowan Williams recorded 14 points, six rebounds, and three assists. 6-4 Sr. Owen Kennedy chipped in with 11 points, two rebounds, and two blocked shots.

Saxton Howard led Lexington Christian Academy with 24 points including four three point baskets, eight of 12 free throws, two rebounds, three assists, and five steals. Kenyatta Hardge added 15 points and six rebounds. Hagan Preston recorded 11 points and three rebounds.
