Madison Central coach Scott True started the following lineup: 5-7 Sr. Eden Carter, 5-7 Jr. Brooke Campbell, 5-10 Jr. Cameryn Ridderikhoff, 5-7 Jr. Brittany Campbell, and 5-6 Jr. Nataya Strader. Paul Laurence Dunbar coach Erik Daniels countered with 5-10 Fr. Ellie Lavey, 5-7 Sr. Justice Biggerstaff, 6-0 So. Ava Rankin, 5-4 Fr. Layla Flynn, and 5-5 Fr. Eriyaune Daniels.

Madison Central defeated Paul Laurence Dunbar by the score of 57-45. Madison Central shot 38.5% from the field including eight of 18 from the three point line. The Lady Indians connected on 19 of 32 free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 19 Paul Laurence Dunbar turnovers. Paul Laurence Dunbar shot 28.6% from the field including three of 16 from beyond the arc. The Lady Bulldogs connected on 14 of 22 free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 15 Madison Central turnovers.

Nataya Strader led Madison Central with 19 points including two three point baskets, five of six free throws, six rebounds, and three steals. Brittany Campbell added 17 points including three three point baskets, four of eight free throws, three rebounds, five assists, and three steals. Cameryn Ridderikhoff recorded nine points including six of eight free throws, and four rebounds. Brooke Campbell chipped in with six points on two three point baskets, two assists, and three steals. 5-3 So. Jordynn Miles added four points, four rebounds, two assists, and three steals.

Justice Biggerstaff led Paul Laurence Dunbar with 21 points including nine of 12 free throws, six rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Ellie Lavey added eight points and 10 rebounds. 5-4 8th Grade Sydney Yaden recorded six points, two rebounds, and two assists. Eriyaune Daniels chipped in with five points, seven rebounds, and two steals. Ava Rankin recorded two points, seven rebounds, and two steals.
