Berea coach Dammian Stepp started the following lineup: 5-7 Sr. Sophie Brewer, 5-7 Sr. Abigail Beard, 5-9 So. Kadence Stepp, 5-1 Sr. Maddy King, and 5-3 Sr. Miranda Thacker. Scott County coach Steve Helton countered with 5-7 Jr. Maleiyah Moore, 5-8 Jr. Allison Mosby, 6-0 So. Kierstin Young, 5-6 So. Belle Banner, and 5-7 Sr. Kaylen Perry.

Scott County connected on 14 three point baskets in a 79-60 victory over Berea. The score was tied 31-31 at halftime but Scott County outscored Berea 48-29 in the second half. The Score was tied four times and there were seven lead changes in this game. Scott County shot 43.1% from the field including 14 of 31 from the three point line. The Lady Cardinals connected on 21 of 26 free throws, pulled down 23 rebounds, and scored 20 points off 18 Berea turnovers. Berea shot 50% from the field including six of 20 from beyond the arc. The Lady Pirates connected on 16 of 22 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored seven points off six Scott County turnovers.

Maleiyah Moore led Scott County with 21 points including six three point baskets, three rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Allison Mosby added 19 points including three three point baskets, three rebounds, and three steals. 5-7 Jr. Mmya Summers recorded 15 points including 10 of 10 free throws, eight rebounds, and three steals. Kaylen Perry chipped in with 14 points including three three point baskets, five of six free throws, three rebounds, and seven assists.

Sophie Brewer led Berea with 21 points including six of seven free throws, four rebounds, and two assists. Abigail Beard added 15 points including nine of 11 free throws, and six rebounds. Miranda Thacker recorded nine points on three three point baskets, three rebounds, and two assists. Kadence Stepp chipped in with eight points, seven rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Maddy King added six points on two three point baskets, four rebounds, and four assists.
