Lexington Christian Academy coach Ted Hall started the following lineup: 6-1 Sr. Kenyatta Hardge, 6-2 Jr. Hagan Preston, 6-5 So. Simon King, 5-11 So. Sam Spillman, and 6-0 Jr. Saxton Howard. Woodford County coach Jaron Brown countered with 6-2 Jr. Jaunte Jenkins, 6-2 Fr. Thurman Wade, 6-4 Sr. Layton Starks, 5-9 Fr. Omari Jointer, and 5-11 Jr. Nolan Asher.

Woodford County defeated Lexington Christian Academy by the score of 75-58. Woodford County led 26-24 at halftime but outscored LCA 28-15 in the third quarter. There were six lead changes and seven ties in this game. Woodford County shot 46.3% from the field including four of 20 from the three point line. The Yellow Jackets connected on nine of 13 free throws, pulled down 42 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 11 LCA turnovers. Lexington Christian Academy shot 41.1% from the field including five of 20 from beyond the arc. The Eagles connected on seven of eight free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored four points off seven Woodford County turnovers.

Thurman Wade led Woodford County with 17 points, six rebounds, and three steals. Omari Jointer added 14 points, four rebounds, five assists, and two steals. Jaunte Jenkins recorded 14 points, five rebounds, and two steals. Layton Starks chipped in with 12 points and five rebounds. 5-11 Jr. Santonio Waide added six points, two rebounds, and five assists. Nolan Asher recorded six points and five rebounds. 6-0 Fr. Wyatt Peters chipped in with sic points including two three point baskets and five rebounds.

6-2 Jr. Andersen Green led Lexington Christian Academy with 20 points including three three point baskets and two assists. Kenyatta Hardge added 12 points and nine rebounds. Saxton Howard recorded 10 points, three rebounds, and two assists. Hagan Preston chipped in with nine points, five rebounds, two assists, two blocked shots, and two steals.
