Warren Central coach William Unseld started the following lineup: 6-6 Sr. Kade Unseld, 6-5 Sr. Elijah Starks, 6-5 Jr. Jared Kirk, 5-8 Sr. Cadin Hammer, and 6-4 Sr. Drevin Bratton. Lexington Catholic coach Brandon Salsman countered with 6-5 Sr. Tyler Doyle, 6-4 Sr. Rowan Williams, 6-7 Sr. Miller Williams, 6-0 Sr. John Reinhart, and 6-3 Sr. Brody Williams.

Lexington Catholic defeated Warren Central by the score of 73-57. Lexington Catholic shot 57.1% from the field including 12 of 22 from the three point line. The Knights connected on five of seven free throws, pulled down 18 rebounds, and score 23 points off 13 Warren Central turnovers. Warren Central shot 46.3% from the field including two of 13 from beyond the arc. The Dragons connected on 17 of 23 free throws, pulled down 27 rebounds, and scored six points off seven Lexington Catholic turnovers.

Tyler Doyle led Lexington Catholic with 26 points including five of six free throws, five rebounds, eight assists, and three steals. 6-0 Sr. Sam Smith added 11 points including three three point baskets, and five assists. John Reinhart recorded 11 points including three three point baskets. Rowan Williams chipped in with eight points and two rebounds.

Elijah Starks led Warren Central with 22 points including six of nine free throws, and seven rebounds. Kade Unseld added 17 points including eight of 10 free throws, eight rebounds, and four assists. Drevin Bratton recorded 11 points, three rebounds, and four assists.
