Owsley County defeated Cumberland County by the score of 61-37. Owsley County shot 40% from the field including four of 18 from the three point line. The Lady Owls connected on nine of 14 free throws, pulled down 44 rebounds, and committed eight turnovers. Cumberland County shot 25.5% from the field including two of 15 from beyond the arc. The Lady Panthers connected on 11 of 15 free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and committed 11 turnovers.

5-6 Sr. Carly Smith led Owsley County with 22 points, five assists, two blocked shots, and two steals. 5-10 Jr. Aaliyah Lynch added 12 points including two three point baskets and two steals. 5-10 So. Addison Terry recorded eight points, eight rebounds, and four assists. 6-3 So. Covington Holy Cross earned a hard fought 56-55 victory over Pikeville to earn their back to back championships in this event. Pikeville shot 40.8% from the field including eight of 22 from beyond the arc. The Lady Panthers connected on seven of 12 free throws, pulled down 21 rebounds, and committed 12 turnovers.
