West Central High School vs. Meridian (Boys) (Class 1A Championship)

West Central coach Ryan Sichting started the following lineup: 6-2 Sr. Zack Evans, 6-2 Jr. Carson Brown, 6-4 Sr. Chance Little, 6-0 So. Ryker Ford, and 6-0 Sr. Mason Berry. Meridian coach David Davis countered with 6-2 Sr. Will Thurston, 6-2 Sr. Cole Kaufman, 6-3 Fr. Antonio Flenoid, 5-8 So. Javionne Ranson, and 5-8 Jr. Shamar Easley.

West Central led 16-7 after the first quarter on their way to a 62-43 victory over Meridian. West Central shot 53.3% from the field including two of six from the three point line. The Cougars connected on 12 of 18 free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 18 Meridian turnovers. Meridian shot 34.6% from the field including three of 22 from beyond the arc. The Bobcats connected on four of nine free throws, pulled down 22 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 24 West Central turnovers.

Zack Evans led West Central with 27 points, 13 rebounds, four assists, and two steals. Chance Little added 19 points including seven of 10 free throws, and six rebounds. Mason Berry recorded 13 points including two three point baskets, eight rebounds, two assists, and two steals.

Antonio Flenoid led Meridian with 13 points, four rebounds, two assists, and four steals. Javionne Ranson added eight points, two rebounds, and six steals. Will Thurston recorded eight points, four rebounds, and two steals. Cole Kaufman chipped in with seven points, two rebounds, and three steals.

Benton vs. Wendell Phillips Academy (Boys) (Class 2A Championship)

Benton coach Ron Winemiller started the following lineup: 6-3 Sr. Evan Munoz, 6-2 Jr. Kyle Thomas, 6-8 Jr. Docker Tedeschi, 6-0 Jr. Grant Owens, and 6-1 Sr. Isaac Billington. Wendell Phillips coach Paris Martin countered with 6-4 Jr. Phoenix Childs, 6-2 Jr. Lawrence Horton, 6-6 So. Claude Mpouma, 5-9 Jr. Amari Edwards, and 5-10 Sr. Michael White.

Wendell Phillips defeated Benton by the score of 54-47. The score was tied three times and there were four lead changed in this game. Wendell Phillips shot 40.4% from the field including four of nine from the three point line. The Wildcats connected on four of seven free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 12 Benton turnovers. Benton shot 43.5% from the field including two of 15 from beyond the arc. The Rangers connected on five of seven free throws, pulled down 27 rebounds, and scored six points off seven Wendell Phillips turnovers.

Lawrence Horton led Wendell Phillips with 13 points, seven rebounds, four assists, and three steals. Phoenix Childs added 13 points including two three point baskets, seven rebounds, two assists, and three steals. Amari Edwards recorded 12 points, five rebounds, and two assists. 5-7 Sr. Elijah Harris chipped in with nine points and four rebounds. Claude Mpouma recorded seven points and six rebounds.

Isaac Billington led Benton with 19 points, two rebounds, and two assists. Evan Munoz added 11 points and two rebounds. Docker Tedeschi recorded seven points, 10 rebounds, six assists, four blocked shots, and two steals. Kyle Thomas chipped in with six points and six rebounds. Grant Owens recorded four points, five rebounds, and two steals.

DePaul College Prep vs. Mt. Carmel (Boys) (Class 3A Championship)

DePaul College Prep coach Tom Kleinschmidt started the following lineup: 6-6 So. Rashaun Porter, 6-2 Sr. PJ Chambers, 6-7 Sr. Jaylan McElroy, 6-2 Jr. Makai Kvamme, and 6-2 Jr. Rob Walls. Mt. Carmel coach Phil Segroves countered with 6-6 Sr. Angelo Ciaravino, 6-2 Jr. Cameron Thomas, 6-7 Sr. Christian Uremovich, 6-1 So. Noah Mister, and 6-2 Jr. Grant Best.

DePaul College Prep took a 15-7 lead after the first quarter on their way to a 49-41 victory over Mt. Carmel. DePaul College Prep shot 51.7% from the field including three of four from the three point line. The Rams connected on 16 of 20 free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored eight points off six Mt. Carmel turnovers. Mt. Carmel shot 40.5% from the field including seven of 21 from beyond the arc. The Caravan connected on four of eight free throws, pulled down 15 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 10 DePaul College Prep turnovers.

Makai Kvamme led DePaul College Prep with 18 points including two three point baskets, eight of eight free throws, six rebounds, and two assists. Rob Walls added 10 points, two rebounds, and two assists. PJ Chambers recorded eight points including six of six free throws, three rebounds, and two assists. Jaylan McElroy chipped in with eight points, seven rebounds, and two steals. Rashaun Porter added five points, four rebounds, and two assists.

Angelo Ciaravino led Mt. Carmel with 24 points including six three point baskets, three rebounds, two assists, two blocked shots, and two steals. Noah Mister added seven points. 6-5 Sr. Lee Marks recorded four points, three rebounds, and two assists.

Homewood-Flossmoor vs. Normal Community (Boys) (Class 4A Championship)

Homewood-Flossmoor coach Jamere Dismukes started the following lineup: 6-6 Jr. Bryce Heard, 6-3 Sr. Carson Brownfield, 6-8 Sr. Donald Hagemaster, 5-9 Jr. Jayden Tyler, and 6-0 Sr. Gianni Cobb. Normal Community coach Dave Witzig countered with 6-8 Sr. Noah Cleveland, 6-6 Sr. Nico Newsome, 6-10 Sr. Jaheem Webber, 6-4 Sr. Braylon Roman, and 6-4 Sr. Dexter Niekamp.

Honewood-Flossmoor defeated Normal Community by the scored of 60-48. There were two ties and four lead changes in the game. Homewood-Flossmoor shot 40.4% from the field including eight of 14 from the three point line. The Vikings connected on 14 of 22 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 10 Normal Community turnovers. Normal Community shot 35.2% from the field including six of 24 from beyond the arc. The Iron Men connected on four of eight free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored four points off seven Homewood-Flossmoor turnovers.

Bryce Heard led Homewood-Flossmoor with 21 points including three three point baskets, six of 11 free throws, 10 rebounds, and three assists. Jayden Tyler added 15 points including four three point baskets, three of three free throws, seven rebounds, and three steals. Carson Brownfield recorded 12 points, seven rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Gianni Cobb chipped in with eight points and two assists.

Braylon Roman led Normal Community with 18 points including two three point baskets, seven rebounds, and three assists. Noah Cleveland added 13 points, 11 rebounds, one blocked shot, and two steals. 6-1 Jr. Conner Smith recorded eight points including two three point baskets.
