George Rogers Clark defeated Henry Clay by the score of 50-7 in a game in which the Cardinals played a lot of players as they reached the running clock number before halftime. George Rogers Clark recorded 15 first downs and 326 yards of total offense. The Cardinals were penalized 10 times for 91 yards. Henry Clay recorded six first downs and 118 yards of total offense. The Blue Devils were penalized twice for 20 yards and had one pass intercepted.
Carter Muzic led George Roger Clark’s grond game with 30 yards on four carries. Zaydin Turner carried the ball three times for 22 yards and a touchdown. JD Mastin recorded 21 yards on three carries. Landon Belcher chipped in with 19 yards on two carries. Braylon Nester added 12 yards on two carries. Sam Clements carried the ball twice for eight yards and a touchdown. Y. Israel and Max Culton also scored touchdowns on the ground. JD Mastin completed five of seven passes for 53 yards. Carter Muzic completed five of six passes for 49 yards and a touchdown. Howard Jones completed two of two passes for 58 yards and one touchdown. Sam Clements completed two of two passes for 48 yards. Alan Bowling caught three passes for 21 yards. Kanden McAlpin added two receptions for 43 yards. Braylon Nester recorded two receptions for 38 yards and a touchdown. Zaydin Turner added two catches for 30 yards. Trey Davis caught one pass for 32 yards and Camahni John added a 31 yard touchdown reception. Camahni John returned one punt for 53 yards and a touchdown. Kanden McAlpin returns a kickoff for 48 yards. Bryan Falls led the defense with four solo tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 12 yards. TJH Hooten added three solo tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a three yard loss. E. Davenport recorded two solo and one assisted tackles. Howard Jones intercepted a pass he returned 10 yards.
Nic Jones led Henry Clay’s ground game with 15 yards and a touchdown on three carries. Patrick Beya carried the ball four times for six yards. Liam Marrs completed seven of 11 passes for 40 yards with one interception. Rohan Taylor completed seven of 10 passes for 75 yards. Antoine Webb caught six passes for 78 yards. Isaiah McQueen added five receptions for 13 yards. Isaiah McQueen returned two kickoffs for 25 yards with a long return of 13 yards. Zac Hoellein led the defense with three solo and three assisted tackles. Safal Gurung added three solo and two assisted tackles. Luke DiNardo recorded three solo and one assisted tackles.
