Montgomery County coach Jason Mays started the following lineup: 6-6 Jr. Luke Fawns, 6-5 So. Tyce Jarvis, 6-7 Fr. Andrew Terry, 6-0 Sr. Ethan Dunn, and 6-3 Jr. Dawson Gentry. Bryan Station coach Champ Ligon countered with 6-6 Jr. Taeshawn Adams Jr. Amari Owens, 6-6 Sr. Ant. Burton, 5-10 Sr. Rashaad Faulkner, and 5-11 Sr. Justin Richmond.
Bryan Station pulled away in the second half to defeat Montgomery County by the score of 71-57. Bryan Station shot 47.7% from the field including two of 12 from the three point line. The Defenders connected on seven of 12 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 31 points off 23 Montgomery County turnovers. Montgomery County shot 41.9% from the field including eight of 19 from beyond the arc. The Indians connected on 13 of 18 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored seven points off nine Bryan Station turnovers.
Amari Owens led Bryan Station with 33 points, three rebounds, two assists, and four steals. Taeshawn Adams added 12 points and nine rebounds.
Andrew Terry led Montgomery County with 18 points including two three point baskets, six of eight free throws, eight rebounds, and three steals. Tyce Jarvis added 16 points including three three point baskets and six rebounds. Dawson Gentry recorded 10 points, four rebounds, and five assists.
