Rockcastle County coach Andrew Cash started the following lineup: 6-7 Fr. Walker Craig, 6-5 Sr. Kaden Kidwell, 6-7 So. Connor Hunt, 6-1 Fr. Travis Jace Rogers, and 6-5 Jr. Skyler B Durham. Madison Southern coach Bill Bevins countered with 6-3 Jr. Jay Rose, 6-1 Jr. Zach Hudson, 6-5 Sr. Brett Erslan, 5-8 So. Casen Nobbe, and 6-0 Jr. Braden Hudson.

Rockcastle County defeated Madison Southern 82-78 in a hotly contested game that had 11 ties and 11 lead changes. Rockcastle County shot 48.1% from the field including 11 of 23 from the three point line. The Rockets connected on 21 of 26 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 11 Madison Southern turnovers. Madison Southern shot 54% from the field including six of 18 from beyond the arc. The Eagles connected on 18 of 23 free throws, pulled down 24 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 16 Rockcastle County turnovers.

Walker Craig led Rockcastle County with 27 points including four three point baskets, seven of nine free throws, five rebounds, and two assists. 6-1 Jr. Trenton Wilson added 26 points including four three point baskets, 10 of 10 free throws, four rebounds, and two assists. 6-4 So. Broedy Dunaway recorded 12 points, 2 rebounds, and eight assists. Travis Jace Rogers chipped in with six points on two three point baskets, five rebounds, three assists, and two steals.

Jay Rose led Madison Southern with 19 points including two three point baskets, seven of eight free throws, five rebounds, three assists, and three steals. Casen Nobbe added 15 points including two three point baskets, two rebounds, five assists, and six steals. Brett Erslan recorded 12 points and four rebounds. Zach Hudson chipped in with 11 points, three rebounds, and six assists. Braden Hudson added nine points, three rebounds, and two assists.

Covington Catholic coach Scott Ruthsatz countered with 6-3 Sr. Trevor Fryman, 6-2 Sr, Ayden Link, 6-6 Sr. Colin Detzel, 5-9 Sr. Parker Greis, and 6-1 Sr. Wynn Tranter.

Covington Catholic defeated DeSales by the score of 82-76. Covington Catholic shot 59.6% from the field including seven of 15 from the three point line. The Colonels connected on 13 of 16 free throws, pulled down 18 rebounds, and scored 14 points off nine DeSales turnovers. DeSales shot 56.9% from the field including five of 14 from beyond the arc. The Colts connected on five of 10 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored four points off three Covington Catholic turnovers.

6-1 Sr. Evan Ipsaro led Covington Catholic with 32 points including six of six free throws, three rebounds, and eight assists. 6-2 Sr. Kascyl McGillis added 18 points including four three point baskets, and four of four free throws. 6-2 Jr. Brady Hussey recorded 14 points including two three point baskets and four rebounds. Ayden Link chipped in with eight points, two rebounds, and two assists.

Crew Gibson led DeSales with 20 points, 15 rebounds, and two blocked shots. William Gibson added 20 points, six rebounds, and nine assists. Brady Cummins recorded 17 points including three three point baskets. Julian Bunton chipped in with 11 points.

Lexington Christian Academy defeated Madison Central by the score of 59-54. There were 14 lead changes and 10 ties in this game. Lexington Christian Academy shot 54.8% from the field including six of 12 from the three point line. The Eagles connected on seven of seven free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored nine points off eight Madison Central turnovers. Western Hills defeated Scott County by the score of 83-68. Western Hills shot 63.8% from the field including two of six from the three point line. The Wolverines connected on 21 of 28 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 14 points off nine Scott County turnovers. Scott County shot 52.6% from the field including two of 15 from beyond the arc. The Lady Spartans connected on eight of 13 free throws, pulled down 46 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 16 Scott County turnovers. Covington Catholic rallied from a 56-46 deficit after three quarters to defeat Campbell County 85-82 in overtime. There were seven lead changes and six ties in this game. Covington Catholic shot 46.8% from the field including nine of 25 from the three point line. The Colonels connected on 18 of 25 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 15 Campbell County turnovers. Campbell County shot 49.2% from the field including eight of 21 from beyond the arc. The Camels connected on 14 of 17 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 11 Covington Catholic turnovers.

Evan Ipsaro led Covington Catholic with 32 points including 10 of 11 free throws, 11 rebounds, and six assists. PLD led 57-56 with 1.9 seconds remaining on the clock and during a scramble under the basket Madison Southern was assessed a non-shooting personal foul but PLD was hits with a technical foul and Zach Hudson connected on both free throws to give Madison Southern a 58-57 lead. Madison Southern in bounded the ball and Zach Hudson was fouled and connected on one of two free throws to make the final score 59-57. There were six ties and 12 lead changes in this game.

Madison Southern shot 40.4% from the field including three of 19 from the three point line. The Eagles connected on 14 of 19 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 17 PLD turnovers. PLD shot 40% from the field including eight of 28 from beyond the arc. The Bulldogs connected on five of seven free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 14 Madison Southern turnovers.

Zach Hudson led Madison Southern with 20 points including eight of 13 free throws, eight rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Jay Rose added 19 points including five of five free throws, and 14 rebounds. Casen Nobbe recorded seven points, two rebounds, and three assists. Braden Hudson chipped in with six points, three rebounds, three assists, and four steals. Avery Davidson added five points, seven rebounds, and two assists.

Nick Spalding led Paul Laurence Dunbar with 26 points including three three point baskets, eight rebounds, five assists, and two steals. Max VanDyke added 18 points including three three point baskets, and five rebounds. 5-11 Sr, Benjamin Haggard recorded six points on two three point baskets. Cade Hilt chipped in with four points, five rebounds, five assists, and two steals. Tyler Gadd pulled down 10 rebounds.
