Frederick Douglass defeated Madison Central by the score of 50-7. Frederick Douglass recorded 10 first downs and 265 yards of total offense. The Broncos were not penalized tonight and had one pass intercepted. Madison Central recorded five first downs and 45 yards of total offense. The Indians were penalized six times for 60 yards.
Kenoxie Allen led Frederick Douglass’ ground game with 102 yards and three touchdowns on seven carries. Dakari Talbert added 39 yards and two touchdowns on seven carries. Jaxson Strautman completed three of six passes for 95 yards and two touchdowns with one interception. Aveion Chenault caught two passes for 42 yards and a touchdown. Derion Talbert caught a 53 yard touchdown reception. Darion Neal led the defense with five solo and four assisted tackles with three of his tackles resulting in losses totaling five yards. EJ Clinkscale added three solo and two assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a two yard loss. Logan Busson recorded two solo and three assisted tackles. Seandre Maxberry added one solo and two assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in an 11 yard loss.
Bryant Mathis led Madison Central’s ground game with 40 yards on 21 carries. Elijah Steele carried the ball eight times for 17 yards. KJ Wells completed two of five passes for five yards. Eli Steele completed two of three passes for 13 yards. Bryant Mathis caught two passes for five yards. Nathan Ogle added one reception for eight yards. Jackson prichard returned fove kickoffs for 109 yards with a long return of 41 yards. Cody Morrison returned three kickoffs for 45 yards with a long return of 17 yards. Leo Sotelo and Austin Tremblay each recorded one solo and four assisted tackles. Tremblay also intercepted a pass he returned 11 yards. Jayden Marcum recorded one solo and three assisted tackles.
