Harlan County coach Kyle Jones started the following lineup: 6-6 Sr. Trent Noah, 6-3 Jr. Jaycee Carter, 6-4 Sr. Caleb Johnson, 6-2 Jr. Maddox Huff, and 6-2 So. Reggie Cottrell. Frederick Douglass coach Stephon Harris countered with 6-4 Jr. Armelo Boone, 6-3 Jr. Aveion Chenault, 6-4 So. DeMarcus Surratt, 5-8 Jr. Christopher Wright, and 6-2 Jr. Logan Busson.

Frederick Douglass defeated Harlan County by the score of 79-69. Frederick Douglass shot 50.8% from the field including 11 of 23 from the three point line. The Broncos connected on two of seven free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and scored 20 points off 15 Harlan County turnovers. Harlan County shot 46% from the field including 10 of 22 from beyond the arc. The Black Bears connected on 13 of 16 free throws, pulled down 23 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 18 Frederick Douglass turnovers.

Armelo Boone led Frederick Douglass with 28 points including three three point baskets, 10 rebounds, and three steals. DeMarcus Surratt added 22 points including five three point baskets, seven rebounds, and two assists. Aveion Chenault recorded 18 points including two three point baskets, nine rebounds, three assists, and two steals. Logan Busson chipped in with six points, seven rebounds, and four assists.

Trent Noah led Harlan County with 30 points including three three point baskets, nine of nine free throws, eight rebounds, three assists, and three steals. Maddox Huff added 17 points including four three point baskets, four rebounds, two assists, and three steals. Jaycee Carter recorded 10 points including two three point baskets and two rebounds. Reggie Cottrell chipped in with nine points, two rebounds, and two steals.

Henry Clay coach Daniel Brown countered with 6-4 So. Jackson Stephan, 6-2 Sr. Isaiah Stephan, 6-5 Jr. Hassan Bush, 6-0 Jr. Kayson Brown, and 6-1 Jr. AJ Dixon.

Henry Clay pulled away in the final quarter to defeat Moore 78-69. There were six lead changes and seven ties in this game. Henry Clay shot 47.9% from the field including six of 18 from the three point line. The Blue Devils connected on 26 of 31 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 16 Moore turnovers. Moore shot 46.4% from the field including seven of 18 from beyond the arc. The Mustangs connected on 10 of 14 free throws, pulled down 24 rebounds, and scored 23 points off 18 Henry Clay turnovers.

Jackson Stephan led Henry Clay with 24 points including four three point baskets, four of five free throws, eight rebounds, four assists, and four steals. Isaiah Stephan added 22 points including two three point baskets, 10 of 10 free throws, and six rebounds. AJ Dixon recorded 12 points including four of five free throws, five rebounds, two assists, and three steals. Sacred Heart Academy defeated Christian Academy of Louisville by the score of 66-40. Sacred Heart shot 44.6% from the field including three of 13 from the three point line. The Valkyries connected on five of six free throws, pulled down 48 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 14 Christian Academy of louisville turnovers. CAL shot 22.2% from the field including three of 16 from beyond the arc. The Lady Centurions connected on 13 of 20 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 12 Sacred Heart turnovers.

Reagan Bender led Sacred Heart with 20 points including two three point baskets, seven rebounds, and two steals. Henry Clay eked out a 62-60 victory over Great Crossing at home tonight. There were six ties and seven lead changes in game. Henry Clay shot 42.9% from the field including two of 12 from the three point line. The Lady Blue Devils connected on 18 of 24 free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 18 Great Crossing turnovers. Great Crossing shot 35.9% from the field including five of 16 from beyond the arc. The Lady Warhawks connected on nine of 13 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 24 Henry Clay turnovers.

Lexington Catholic coach Brandon Salsman started the following lineup: 6-5 Sr. Tyler Doyle, 6-3 Jr. Ryan Harward, 6-4 Sr. Owen Kennedy, 6-0 Sr. John Reinhart, and 6-3 Sr. Brody Turner. (Rowan Williams and Miller Williams were not available tonight). Great Crossing coach Steve Page countered with 6-7 Sr. Jeremiah Godfrey, 6-5 Jr. Vince Dawson III, 7-1 Jr. Malachi Moreno, 5-10 Jr. Junius Burrell, and 6-4 Jr. Gage Richardson.

Great Crossing trailed 43-39 after three quarters but the Warhawks outscored Lexington Catholic 19-7 in the final quarter to earn a 58-50 victory. There were four lead changes and one tie in this game. Great Crossing shot 39.6% from the field including four of 19 from the three point line. The Warhawks connected on 12 of 18 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 12 Lexington Catholic turnovers. Lexington Catholic shot 39.6% from the field including five of 15 from beyond the arc. The Knights connected on three of four free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 12 points off seven Great Crossing turnovers.

Malachi Moreno led Great Crossing with 20 points, 19 rebounds, and seven blocked shots. Vince Dawson III added 16 points, six rebounds, and three assists. Gage Richardson recorded nine points including two three point baskets, two rebounds, and five assists.

Tyler Doyle led Lexington Catholic with 19 points, four rebounds, and three assists. Owen Kennedy added eight points including two three point baskets, and seven rebounds. John Reinhart recorded eight points including two three point baskets, four rebounds, and two assists.
