Bowling Green (26-6) vs. Lexington Catholic (25-7) - Lexington Catholic came from behind in the final quarter to force overtime and earn a 70-62 overtime victory over Bowling Green. Lexington Catholic led 48-42 at the end of three quarters but Bowling Green went on an 11-0 run to take a 53-48 lead. Lexington Catholic rallied behind nine points in the fourth quarter by Vee Sanford to tie the score at 58-58 and force overtime. It was all LexCath in overtime as they outscored Bowling Green 12-4.
Lexington Catholic shot 51.9% from the field including four of 11 from the three point line. The Knights connected on 12 of 19 free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 12 Bowling Green turnovers. Bowling Green shot 40% from the field including five of 19 from beyond the arc. The Purples connected on 13 of 21 free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 17 Lexington Catholic turnovers.
6-3 Sr. Vee Sanford led Lexington Catholic with 28 points, 13 rebounds, and five assists. 6-3 Sr. Taylor Botkin added 16 points and eight rebounds. 6-7 Jr. Tanner Peurach chipped in with 10 points, eight rebounds, and four blocked shots.
5-10 Sr. Tevin Barksdale led Bowling Green with 28 points including four three point baskets and pulled down seven rebounds. 6-0 Sr. Charlie Williams added 13 points. DJ Ray chipped in with 11 points.

Christian County (21-6) vs. Holmes (32-2) - Holmes defeated Christian County by a score of 72-61. Holmes shot 56.3% from the field including four of 14 from the three point line. The Bulldogs connected on 14 of 22 free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and scored 20 points off 12 Christian County turnovers. Christian County shot 33.3% from the field including four of 21 from beyond the arc. The Colonels connected on 21 of 27 free throws, pulled down 24 rebounds, and scored 21 points off 21 Holmes turnovers.
6-4 Jr. Ricardo Johnson led Holmes with 15 points and 11 rebounds. 6-1 Sr. Brandon Housley also tallied 15 points and pulled down six rebounds. 6-3 Jr. Jeremiah Johnson added 14 points. 5-11 Sr. JaMel Riley chipped in with 13 points including three three point baskets.
6-1 Sr. Corey Wilford led Christian County with 21 points. 6-5 So Donovan Kates and 5-11 So. Anthony Hickey added 10 and nine points respectively.

Shelby Valley (30-4) vs. Mason County (24-6) - Shelby Valley trailed 24-18 at halftime but rallied behind Elisha Justice's 15 second half points to defeat Mason County 51-44.
Shelby Valley shot 37.2% from the field including four of nine from the three point line. The Wildcats connected on only 15 of 31 free throws, pulled down 43 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 13 Mason County turnovers. Mason County shot 27.7% from the field including nine of 23 from beyond the arc. The Royals connected on nine of 20 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 13 Shelby Valley turnovers.
5-11 Jr. Elisha Justice led Shelby Valley with 22 points. 6-6 Jr. Ashley Hatfield added eight points and five rebounds. 6-3 Jr. Taylor Newsome recorded five points and 11 rebounds.
6-4 Sr. Russ Middleton led Mason County with 24 points including seven three point baskets and pulled down seven rebounds. 6-8 So. Treg Setty pulled down a team-high nine rebounds.

Elliott County (30-2) vs. Anderson County (24-5) - Elliott County pulled away in the final quarter to defeat Anderson County 74-61. Elliott County shot 47.5% from the field including nine of 21 from the three point line. The Lions connected on nine of 11 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 21 points off 16 Anderson County turnovers. Anderson County shot 50% from the field including five of 15 from beyond the arc. The Bearcats connected on 12 of 16 free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored five points off seven Elliott County turnovers.
6-2 Sr. Jonathan Ferguson led Elliott County with 24 points including four three point baskets and pulled down seven rebounds. 6-2 Sr. Ethan Faulkner added 20 points, seven rebounds, four assists, and five steals. 6-2 Sr. Evan Faulkner chipped in with 14 points and six rebounds. 6-7 So. Timmy Knipp recorded 13 points, five rebounds, and four blocked shots.
6-3 Jr. Jacob Russell led Anderson County with 20 points, 10 rebounds, and seven assists. 6-5 Sr. CJ Penny was hampered by foul problems but still added 10 points and eight rebounds.
