Kameron Schwartz threw a 24 yard touchdown pass to Bryson Thompson and Cory Black kicked the extra point with 13 seconds left in the game to give Boone County a 28-21 victory over Madison Central.  Boone County improves to 7-4 while Madison Central finishes their season at 5-6.  Boone County recorded 17 first downs and 366 yards of total offense.  The Rebels were penalized 10 times for 81 yards and lost four fumbles.  Madison Central recorded 11 first downs and 235 yards of total offense.  The Indians were penalized 10 times for 80 yards and lost two fumbles.

Mikel Reynolds led Boone County’s ground game with 130 yards and one touchdown on 16 carries.  Cody Rodriguez carried the ball 14 times for 44 yards,  Kameron Schwartz completed eight of 13 passes for 148 yards and two touchdowns.  Bryson Thompson caught three passes for 63 yards and a touchdown.  Denzel Cain caught three passes for 42 yards.  Ben Ganster led the defense with three solo and five assisted tackles with 3.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totalling 15 yards.  Tyler McCarthy added three solo and four assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totalling seven yards.  Denzel Cain recorded five solo and one assisted tackles.

Dominique Hawkins led Madison Central’s ground game with 73 yards and a touchdown on 12 carries.  Hunter Stocker completed six of nine passes for 144 yards and a touchdown.  Hunter Allen caught a 62 yard touchdown pass.  Logan Cruse led the defense with four solo and eight assisted tackles.  Daniel Foster added five solo and five assisted tackles.  Melvin March recorded one solo and nine assisted tackles.  Brandon Parks added four solo and five assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totalling 10 yards and recovered a fumble.  Tucker Fair also recorded four solo and five assisted tackles with 3.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totalling 24 yards.

Anderson County defeated South Oldham 33-26 to improve their record to 9-2.  South Oldham finishes their season at 6-5.  Anderson County led 26-7 in the third quarter but South Oldham rallied to tie the score 26-26.  Ethan Kelly scored on a four yard run and Bill Rose kicked the extra point with 4:50 remaining in the game to give Anderson County the victory.  Anderson County recorded 19 first downs and 332 yards of total offense.  The Bearcats were penalized six times for 48 yards, lost a fumble, and had a pass intercepted.  South Oldham recorded 14 first downs and 371 yards of total offense.  They were penalized seven times for 53 yards and lost a fumble.

Ethan Kelly led Anderson County’s ground game with 103 yards and a touchdown on 17 carries.  Seth Carmichael carried the ball 11 times for 71 yards.  Seth Carmichael completed nine of 13 passes for 124 yards and three touchdowns.  Ethan Kelly caught three passes for 59 yards and a touchdown.  Spencer Ruggles caught two passes for 42 yards and two touchdowns.  Travis Phillips led the defense with six solo and four assisted tackles.  Seth Carmichael added four solo and three assisted tackles.

Marc Stephens led South Oldham’s ground game with 109 yards and a touchdown on 12 carries.  Dallas Banks carried the ball one times for 78 yards.  Jack Sherry completed six of 21 passes for 126 yards and a touchdown.  Jacob Lamb caught three passes for 32 yards.  S. Williams caught two passes for 84 yards and a touchdown.  Roger Johnson led the defense with four solo and 10 assisted tackles.  Dallas Banks added six solo and five assisted tackles.  Dillion Banks recorded six solo and three assisted tackles.

Scott County rolled up 494 yards of total offense ina 56-16 victory over Oldham County.  Scott County improves to 11-0 while Oldham County finishes the season at 2-9.  Scott County recorded 18 fist downs and 494 yards of total offense.  The Cardinals were penalized four times for 20 yards, lost two fumbles, and had a pass intercepted.  Oldham County recorded 13 first downs and 274 yards of total offense.  They were penalized four times for 24 yards and had a pass intercepted.

Dierrius Dumphord led Scott County’s ground attack with 130 yards and three touchdowns on 15 carries.  Kevin Clausen carried the ball five times for 109 yards and two touchdowns.  Ben Lawler completed five of eight passes for 111 yards and a touchdown.  Scott Daniel caught five passes for 86 yards and a touchdown.  Akil Campbell led the defense with three solo and two assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totalling eight yards.  Jordan McKeehan added three solo and one assisted tackles.

Garrett Wilder led Oldham County’s ground game with 89 yards on nine carries.  Dalton Thompson completed 11 of 21 passes for 107 yards with one interception.  Cody Oldham caught four passes for 42 yards.  Garrett Wilder and Chase Tindell led the defense with five solo and four assisted tackles each.

Lexington Catholic raced out to a 69-12 halftime lead on their way to a 76-18 victory over Clay County.  Lexington Catholic improves to 9-2 while Clay County finishes their season at 1-10.  Lexington Catholic forced eight turnovers tonight and scored four touchdowns on fumble recoveries.  Lexington Catholic recorded 12 first downs and 369 yards of total offense.  The Knights were penalized five times for 32 yards.  Clay County recorded 13 first downs and 373 yards of total offense.  The Tigers were penalized three times for 83 yards and lost eight fumbles.

Marcelis Logan led Lexington Catholic’s ground game with 67 yards and three touchdowns on four carries.  Kyle Bolin completed six of eight passes for 193 yards and a touchdown.  David Bouvier caught three passes for 67 yards and a touchdown.  Adam Bush caught two passes for 63 yards.  Casey Nash caught a 91 yard touchdown pass.  John Mesmer and Sawyer Shelton led the defense with four solo tackles each.  Chris Noll recovered three fumbles including a 21 yard return for a touchdown.  Trey Mattingly recovered two fumbles including a three yard return for a touchdown.  Casey Lebrun and Derek Hayden each scored on fumble returns of 18 and 12 yards respectively.  B. McKinley also recovered a fumble.

Sam Carr led Clay County’s ground game with 381 yards and three touchdowns on 28 carries.  Ryan Holland completed two of four passes for 17 yards.  Sam Carr caught two passes for 17 yards.  Josh Henson led the defense with four solo tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totalling 16 yards.  Jacob Reid added two solo tackles.

Mason Helton led Northern Pulaski’s ground game with 80 yards and a touchdown on five carries.  George Gregory carried the ball four times for 64 yards and a touchdown.  C. Holman added 51 yards and a touchdown on three carries.  Jesse Whitaker carried the ball nine times for 31 yards and two touchdowns.  Riley Hall completed 11 of 13 passes for 221 yards and a touchdown.  Zach Thacker caught five passes for 126 yards and a touchdown.  George Gregory led the defense with five solo and one assisted tackles with 1.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totalling three yards.  Gregory also intercepted a pass.  C. McKiddy led Whitley County’s ground game with 45 yards on five carries.  Zach Mills carried the ball seven times for 26 yards and a touchdown.  Luke Woods completed six of nine passes for 96 yard and a touchdown with one interception.  J. Northern Pulaski defeated Farnsley by a score of 36-14.  Northern Pulaski recorded 10 first downs and 260 yards of total offense.  They were penalized three times for 43 yards and lost a fumble.  Farnsley recorded nine first downs and 114 yards of total offense.  They were penalized twice for 20 yards and lost a fumble.

George Gregory led Northern Pulaski’s ground game with 74 yards and a touchdown on three carries.  Jesse Whitaker carried the ball six times for 51 yards and two touchdowns.  Mason Helton carried the ball six times for 40 yards and a touchdown.  Riley Hall completed five of seven passes for 110 yards.  Jake Johnson caught three passes for 76 yards.  Mason Helton led the defense with six solo and two assisted tackles with three of his tackles resulting in losses totalling nine yards.  Devin Vaught added four solo and two assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a two yard loss.

Zach Mills returned an interception 84 yards for a touchdown to give Whitley County a 20-14 victory over Bowling Green.  Whitley County recorded five first downs and 160 yards of total offense.  They were penalized five times for 32 yards.  Bowling Green recorded 12 first downs and 266 yards of total offense.  They were penalized nine times for 45 yards and had a pass intercepted.

Zach Mills led Whitley County’s ground game with 135 yards and two touchdowns on 17 carries.  T. McKiddy led the defense with eight solo and one assisted tackles.  Mark Partin added six solo and two assisted tackles.  Zach Mills recorded four solo and four assisted tackles and scored on an 84 yard interception return.

Jacob Yates led Bowling Green’s ground game with 124 yards and a touchdown on 19 carries.  Tristen Murray completed four of nine passes for 96 yards and a touchdown with one interception.  Andrew Spader caught two passes for 34 yards.  Justin Gentry caught a 56 yard touchdown pass.  Brandon Cherry led the defense with six solo and two assisted tackles.  Devonte Barber added three solo and three assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a two yard loss.  Jake Bush also recorded three solo and three assisted tackles with 1.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totalling eight yards.

Tanner Lopez scored two touchdowns and Christian Academy of Louisville’s defense did the rest in a 12-0 victory over Martin County.  Christian Academy of Louisville recorded 11 first downs and 163 yards of total offense.  They were penalized three times for 31 yards and had a pass intercepted. Martin County recorded seven first downs and 100 yards of total offense.  They were penalized three times for 16 yards and lost a fumble.

Tanner Lopez led CAL’s ground game with 87 yards and two touchdowns on 16 carries.  Cody Morton carried the ball 11 times for 46 yards.  Cody Morton completed one of seven passes for -6 yards with one interception.  Tanner Lopez caught one pass for -6 yards.  Clay Davis led the defense with five solo and one assisted tackles with 3.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totalling 18 yards.    Cal Lewellyn and Cody Morton each recorded four solo tackles.

Bryce Workman led Monroe County’s ground game with 19 yards on 11 carries.  Bryce Workman completed two of three passes for 54 yards.  Blake Harless and Brandon Butcher each caught one pass for 28 and 26 yards respectively.  Colton Harless led the defense with six solo and one assisted tackles.  Colby Muncy added four solo and three assisted tackles.  Chase Muncy recorded three solo and two assisted tackles.

Christian Academy of Louisville defeated Monroe County 14-6 to advance to the championship game.  CAL recorded six first downs and 190 yards of total offense.  They were penalized five times for 45 yards and lost a fumble.  Monroe County recorded 15 first downs and 242 yards of total offense.  They were penalized four times for 20 yards, lost a fumble, and had a pass intercepted.

Cody Morton led Christian Academy of Louisville’s ground game with 86 yards and a touchdown on seven carries.  Tanner Lopez carried the ball 12 times for 37 yards.  Cody Morton completed two of four passes for 64 yards and a touchdown.  Cal Lewellyn caught a 55 yard touchdown pass.  Clay Davis led the defense with six solo and four assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totalling three yards.  Davis also intercepted a pass.  Jake Ballard added five solo and three assisted tackles.  Jake Paulson recorded two solo and one assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totalling 20 yards.

Caleb Veach led Monroe County’s ground game with 59 yards on eight carries.  Jordan Phillips carried the ball 11 times for 49 yards.  Lincoln Arnett completed nine of 17 passes for 116 yards.  Caleb Veach caught five passes for 78 yards.  Jordan Phillips and Lincoln Keith led the defense with three solo and one assisted tackles each and Phillips recovered a fumble.  Kale Rich and Nathan Ware each recorded two solo and one assisted tackles and 1.5 of Ware’s tackles resulted in losses totalling 13 yards.

Martin County defeated Franklin simpson by a score of 42-16.  Martin County recorded 13 first downs and 367 yards of total offense.  They were penalized three times for 25 yards and lost a fumble.  Franklin Simpson recorded eight first downs and 231 yards of total offense.  They were penalized six times for 43 yards and lost a fumble.

Brandon Butcher had a great game on both offense and defense for the victors.  Butcher led the ground game with 193 yards and two touchdowns on nine carries.  Chase Muncy carried the ball four times for 107 yards and two touchdowns.  Bryce Workman completed his only pass for a 20 yard touchdown pass.  Brandon Butcher caught a 20 yard touchdown pass.  Brandon Butcher led the defense with 11 solo tackles.  Corbin Mann added six solo tackles.

Isaiah Hall led Franklin Simpson’s ground game with 105 yards and a touchdown on 12 carries.  Evan Figert carried the ball 10 times for 55 yards and a touchdown.  Kane McMurtry added 50 yards on eight carries.  Evan Figert completed one of three passes for 15 yards.  Kane McMurtry caught one pass for 15 yards.  Evan Figert, Jackson Caudill, and Peyton Williams led the defense with three solo tackles each.
