Madison Southern coach Summer Simmons started the following lineup: 5-10 Fr. Rachel Ramey, 5-11 Jr. Hayden Westfall, 5-11 Jr. Sarah Smith, 5-6 Sr. Jordan Renner, and 5-10 Fr. Kristen Hayes. Madison Central coach Robert Cooksey countered with 6-2 Jr. Ashton Feldhaus, 5-9 Jr. Heather Hinkle, 5-10 Sr. Kristen Congleton, 5-5 Jr. Larryn Brooks, and 5-6 Sr. Ashley Hinkle.
Madison Central raced out to a 21-2 first quarter lead on their way to a 61-41 victory over Madison Southern. Madison Central shot 43.2% from the field including two of seven from the three point line. The Indians connected on 27 of 30 free throws (90%), pulled down 20 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 25 Madison Southern turnovers. Madison Southern shot 24.4% from the field including one of 18 from beyond the arc. The Eagles connected on 18 of 20 free throws (90%), pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 12 Madison Central turnovers.
Ashton Feldhaus led Madison Central with 21 points including 10 of 11 free throws, five rebounds, and six blocked shots. Kristen Congleton added 12 points including eight of eight from the free throw line. Larryn Brooks recorded 11 points and four steals.
Kristen Hayes led Madison Southern with 23 points including 10 of 12 free throws. 5-9 8th grader Briana Lanham added eight points and 12 rebounds.

Madison Southern coach Shane Buttry started the following lineup: 5-11 Jr. Mike Rothermel, 6-1 Jr. Tyler Abshear, 6-2 Sr. Brandon McGuire, 5-11 Sr. Chris Roberts, and 5-10 Fr. Damien Harris. Madison Central coach Allen Feldhaus countered with 6-5 Jr. Quan Taylor, 6-1 Sr. John O’Bryan, 6-6 Sr. Hunter Allen, 6-1 Jr. Ken-Jah Bosley, and 6-1 Jr. Dominique Hawkins.
Madison Central defeated Madison Southern by a score of 94-55. Madison Central shot 48.5% from the field including six of 23 from the three point line. The Indians connected on 22 of 26 free throws (84.6%), pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored 30 points off 22 Madison Southern turnovers. Madison Southern shot 35.2% from the field including four of 25 from beyond the arc. The Eagles connected on 13 of 18 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored eight points off five Madison Central turnovers.
Ken-Jah Bosley led Madison Central with 19 points and eight rebounds. Quan Taylor added 16 points on six of seven field goals and four of four free throws. Dominique Hawkins recorded 13 points and four steals. John O’Bryan chipped in with 12 points.
Tyler Abshear led Madison Southern with 13 points and eight rebounds. Damien Harris added 12 points and five rebounds. Mike Rothermel also reached double figures with 10 points.
