Franklin County dominated on both sides of the ball to earn a 30-3 victory over Shelby County.  The offense rolled up 373 yards of offense and the defense forced four turnovers.  Franklin County recorded 17 first downs and 373 yards of total offense.  The Flyers were penalized six times for 65 yards.  Shelby County recorded 10 first downs and 115 yards of total offense.  The Rockets were penalized six times for 58 yards, lost a fumble, and had three passes intercepted.

Tre Simmons led Franklin County’s ground game with 62 yards and one touchdown on nine carries.  Dakota Bowen carried the ball three times for 49 yards.  Fred Farrier added 45 yards on two carries.  Jesse Thurman completed seven of 15 passs for 181 yards and two touchdowns.  Tre Simmons caught three passes for 99 yards.  Dakota Bowen added a 35 yard reception for a touchdown.  Cameron Phelps also added an 18 yard touchdown reception.  Tre Simmons returned two punts for 36 yards with a long return of 31 yards.  Frank Turner led the defense with eight solo tackles.  Jalin Benson added five solo tackles.  Brady Roberts recorded five solo tackles with three of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 10 yards and intercepted a pass he returned 80 yards for a touchdown.  DJ Rucker recovered a fumble and Tre Simmons and Cameron Phelps each added a pass interception.

Caleb Morehead led Shelby County’s ground game with 59 yards on 15 carries.  Colin O’Hare completed two of 10 passes for 27 yards with three interceptions.  Kyion Stone caught one pass for 21 yards.  William Davis returned one kickoff for 44 yards.  C.Armstrong led the defense with eight solo tackles.  Jose Carias added four solo and one assisted tackles.  Jacob Smith recorded two solo tackles which resulted in losses totaling 13 yards.

Madison Central rolled up 384 yards and seven touchdowns on the ground on their way to a 52-7 over Bourbon County.  Madison Central recorded 19 first downs and 430 yards of total offense.  The Indians were penalized seven times for 60 yards and lost a fumble.  Bourbon County recorded 12 first downs and 211 yards of total offense.  The Colonels were penalized eight times for 59 yards, lost a fumble, and had a pass intercepted.

Gavin Hulberg led Madison Central’s ground game with 198 yards and four touchdowns on 11 carries.  Freddie Chenault carried the ball 14 times for 123 yards and two touchdowns.  Derrick Miller added 25 yards and a touchdown on three carries.  Derrick Miller completed six of 12 passes for 46 yards.  Antwaun Warford caught three passes for 24 yards.  Ethan Hahn added three receptions for 22 yards.  Daniel Baker led the defense with three solo and five assisted tackles with 1.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling four yards.  Jackson Juett added two solo and five assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling four yards.  Jesse Cox recorded two solo and two assisted tackles with 2.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 10 yards.  Ben Snapp intercepted a pass.

CaMarr Myers led Bourbon County’s ground game with 43 yards on 18 carries.  Justin Blankenship completed 12 of 20 passes for 183 yards and one touchdown with one interception.  Titus Ransom caught seven passes for 149 yards and a touchdown.  CaMarr Myers added three receptions for 27 yards.  Titus Ransom returned six kickoffs for 83 yards.  Dalton Williams led the defense with six solo and nine assisted tackles.  Javier Arcaia added four solo and nine assisted tackles with 1.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling two yards.  CaMarr Myers recorded two solo and three assisted tackles with 1.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling two yards and recovered a fumble.

Scott County defeated Bryan Station 49-12 to send the Defenders to their sixth straight loss this year.  Scott County recorded an eye popping 20.1 yards per play on only 20 offensive plays as compared to 74 plays for Bryan Station.  Scott County dialed long distance several times tonight as they had scoring plays of 43. 52, 83, and 66 yards among their seven touchdowns.  Scott County recorded 12 first downs and 403 yards of total offense.  The Cardinals were penalized twice for 30 yards.  Bryan Station recorded 20 first downs and 332 yards of total offense.  The Defenders were penalized three times for 20 yards.

Brice Fryman led Scott County’s ground game with 146 yards and three touchdowns on four carries.  Payton Brown carried the ball three times for 50 yards.  Austin Barnett recorded 44 yards on six carries.  Josh Davis and Bronson Brown each ran for a touchdown.  Josh Davis completed three of three passes for 130 yards and two touchdowns.  Glenn Covington caught two passes for 64 yards and one touchdown.  Landon Easley caught one pass for a 66 yard touchdown.  Berk Watts led the defense with six solo and four assisted tackles with 1.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 16 yards.  Matt Fannin added five solo and three assisted tackles.  Sam Daniel recorded five solo tackles.

Jalen Burbage led Bryan Station’s ground game with 73 yards and a touchdown on nine carries.  Antoine Smith carried the ball 20 times for 50 yards.  Jalen Burbage completed 14 of 26 passes for 141 yards and one touchdown.  DonDRE Fish caught six passes for 47 yards.  Shemar Ritch added 46 yards on five carries.  C. Benton added two receptions for 39 yards and a touchdown.  Anthony Cox led the defense with two solo tackles.  Kyran Campbell and C. Benton added one solo and one assisted tackles.

Frederick Douglass defeated Paul Laurence Dunbar 52-0 to hand the Bulldogs their fourth shutout defeat in five games this season.  Douglass recorded 15 first downs and 302 yards of total offense.  The Broncos were penalized twice for 25 yards.  Paul Laurence Dunbar recorded five first downs and 34 yards of total offense.  The Bulldogs were penalized three times for 27 yards.

Montaveon Bean led Douglass’ ground game with 84 yards and two touchdowns on eight carries.  Jefferson Harkless carried the ball nine times for 45 yards and two touchdowns.  Montaveon Bean completed eight of 14 passes for 109 yards and two touchdowns.  Gavin Bugg completed one of four passes for 43 yards.  Micah Lowe caught five passes for 68 yards and two touchdowns.  Brion Thomas added two receptions for 38 yards.  Maliq Trigg caught one pass for 43 yards.  Obi Taylor led the defense with three solo and two assisted tackles with 2.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 11 yards.  Gabe Hilyard added two solo and two assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in an eight yard loss.  Fra-Derick Jewe recorded two solo and two assisted tackles.  Jacob Kenney recorded one tackle for an 18 yard loss.

Alex Bard led Paul Laurence Dunbar’s ground game with 40 yards on 14 carries.  Joe Walker carried the ball six times for 29 yards.  Darren Edmond recorded 25 yards on 11 carries.  Tanner Cox completed one of five passes for two yards.  Darren Edmond caught one pass for two yards.  Kadeb Gaylord led the defense with four solo tackles.  Isaac Armstrong added two solo and two assisted tackles.

Henry Clay took advantage of a blocked punt and two long scoring plays to defeat Lafayette by a score of 21-17.  Henry Clay had 37 less offensive plays (79-42) but took advantage of the big plays to record the win.  Henry Clay recorded nine first downs and 233 yards of total offense.  The Blue Devils were penalized five times for 31 yards and lost two fumbles.  Lafayette recorded 17 first downs and 372 yards of total offense.  The Generals were penalized six times for 41 yards and lost a fumble.

Tyree Clarke led Henry Clay’s ground game with 100 yards and a touchdown on 10 carries.  Darrin Van Horn completed eight of 11 passes for 102 yards and a touchdown.  Michael McMullen caught three passes for 68 yards and a touchdown.  Tyree Clarke led the defense with six solo and eight assisted tackles with 3.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling eight yards.  Langston Jackson added seven solo and one assisted tackles.  Ramond Jackson recorded four solo and six assisted tackles. Jordan Kimball added two solo and four assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a five yard loss and scored on a blocked punt return.

Cameron Morgan led Lafayette’s ground game with 188 yards on 28 carries.  Ean Shaw carried the ball six times for 19 yards and a touchdown.  Dekwan Edwards completed 10 of 25 passes for 133 yards and a touchdown.  Matthew Guilfoil caught five passes for 34 yards.  Caylon Williams caught one pass for 37 yards.  John Combs added one reception for 35 yards and a touchdown.  Jaylen Lawson led the defense with five solo and seven assisted tackles with 1.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling three yards and recovered a fumble.  Ean Shaw added three solo and five assisted tackles with 1.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling eight yards.  Austin Blake also recovered a fumble.

DeSales utilized their potent ground attack (378 yards and four touchdowns on 43 carries) to earn a 38-26 victory over Lexington Catholic.  DeSales raced out to a 38-14 lead early in the fourth quarter but Lexington Catholic opened up their offense behind the arm of QB Beau Allen who passed for three touchdowns tonight to cut into the lead.  It was impossible to keep the DeSales offense contained as QB Aaron Pfaadt ripped of large chunks of yardage skillfully running the QB draw and handed off to a talented stable of running backs.  DeSales recorded 18 first downs and 457 yards of total offense.  They were penalized eight times for 69 yards and lost two fumbles.  Lexington Catholic recorded 15 first downs and 348 yards of total offense.  The Knights were penalized five times for 29 yards, lost a fumble, and had a pass intercepted.

Aaron Pfaadt led DeSales ground attack with 160 yards and two touchdowns on 15 carries.  Jordan Watkins carried the ball 11 times for 122 yards and a touchdown.  Carlos Ordway recorded 84 yards and a touchdown on six carries.  Aaron Pfaadt completed six of 15 passes for 79 yards.  Darren Hollenkamp caught two passes for 15 yards.  Demetri Scott and Carlos Ordway each caught a pass for 25 and 17 yards respectively.  Jordan Watkins returned two kickoffs for 41 yards with a long return of 25 yards.  Alex Schneider and LaRontay Standar led the defense with six solo and one assisted tackles respectively and Schneider recovered a fumble.  Ashton Baum added five solo and two assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a nine yard loss.  Santanio Hickman recorded five solo and one assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 14 yards.  Ryan O’Sheaa added five solo and one assisted tackles and intercepted a pass he returned 43 yards for a touchdown.

Dameon Jones led Lexington Catholic’s ground game with 51 yards on 17 carries.  Beau Allen completed 28 of 40 passes for 321 yards and three touchdowns with one interception.  Nathan Schnurr caught nine passes for 69 yards.  Luke Powell added six receptions for 51 yards and a touchdown.  Trenton Neuer recorded four receptions for 97 yards and a touchdown.  Gavin Cameron added four catches for 56 yards and a touchdown.  Nathan Schnurr returned six kickoffs for 165 yards including an 87 yard return for a touchdown.  Henry Holthaus led the defense with seven solo and four assisted tackles.  Jake Topley added six solo and one assisted tackles with three of his tackles resulting in losses totaling six yards.  Justin Tackett recorded three solo and three assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a five yard loss.  Kevin Brown and Ray Smoot each recovered a fumble.
