Lexington Catholic defeated Bath County 49-39 despite only running 33 offensive plays and 10:38 of clock time compared to Bath County’s 86 plays and 37:22 of clock time.  Lexington Catholic recorded 16 first downs and 403 yards of total offense.  The Knights were penalized seven times for 72 yards.  Bath County recorded 33 first downs and 517 yards of total offense.  They were penalized three times for 35 yards and had a pass intercepted.

Dameon Jones led Lexington Catholic’s ground game with 248 yards and six touchdowns on 23 carries.  Beau Allen completed five of eight passes for 155 yards and a touchdown.  Trenton Neuer caught two passes for 57 yards.  Nathan Schnurr added two receptions for 24 yards.  Tommy Knopp caught a 74 yard touchdown pass.  Brennan Emmett led the defense with eight solo and 10 assisted tackles.  Cameron Coulter added 10 solo and four assisted tackles with 1.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling three yards.  Brock Hudgens recorded four solo and 10 assisted tackles.  Clay Callahan added seven solo and three assisted tackles.  Henry Holthaus recorded seven solo and two assisted tackles and intercepted a pass.  Jackson Smith added five solo and three assisted tackles.

Landan Swartz led Bath County’s ground game with 279 yards and three touchdowns on 40 carries.  Cameron Corbin carried the ball 26 times for 140 yards and a touchdown.  Ryan Leach completed three of five passes for 46 yards and a touchdown with one interception.  Lane Rogers completed two of two passes for four yards and a touchdown.  Austin Reed caught three passes for 32 yards and two touchdowns.  Landan Swartz led the defense five solo and one assisted tackles.  James Fraley added three solo and two assisted tackles.  Thomas Oldfield recorded three solo and one assisted tackles.

Johnson County claimed the championship with a 22-16 victory over Northern Pulaski.  Johnson County recorded 20 first downs and 318 yards of total offense.  They were penalized seven times for 63 yards.  Northern Pulaski recorded seven first downs and 97 yards of total offense.  They were penalized four times for 19 yards.

Jacob Butcher led Johnson County’s ground game with 210 yards and two touchdowns on 30 carries.  Levid Rodriguez carried the ball 11 times for 66 yards and a touchdown.  Grant Rice added 31 yards on three carries.  Johnson Central was zero of two in the passing department.  Mason LeMaster led the defense with three solo and three assisted tackles.  Jacob Butcher and Jacob Cain each recorded two solo tackles.

Chase Doan led Northern Pulaski’s ground game with 40 yards and a touchdown on five carries.  Drew Polston carried the ball eight times for 32 yards and a touchdown.  Drew Polston completed two of seven passes for 24 yards.  Aiden Wesley caught one pass for 13 yards.  Jericho Dixon added one reception for 11 yards.  Michael Craft led the defense with 10 solo and four assisted tackles.  Ryun Dye added five solo and one assisted tackles.

Corbin averaged an eye popping 19.1 yards per offensive play (21 plays for 401 yards) in a 37-16 victory over B.M. Caudill.  Corbin recorded eight first downs and 401 yards of total offense.  They were penalized 11 times for 60 yards and had a pass intercepted.  B.M. Caudill recorded 14 first downs and 245 yards of total offense.  They were penalized six times for 28 yards and had a pass intercepted.

Duane Sparks led Corbin’s ground game with 63 yards and a touchdown on three carries.  Cameron Combs carried the ball four times for 58 yards and two touchdowns.  David McFadden recorded 38 yards and five carries.  Cameron Combs completed four of five passes for 230 yards and two touchdowns with one interception.  Jacob Baker caught two passes for 105 yards and a touchdown.  Dakota Patterson caught an 80 yard touchdown pass.  Parker Norvell added one catch for 45 yards.  Dakota Patterson led the defense with six solo and four assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a three yard loss.  Sean Brummett added three solo and six assisted tackles.  Cameron Combs recorded one solo and seven assisted tackles.  Duane Sparks intercepted a pass.

Kenyatts Hardge led B.M. Caudill’s ground game with 64 yards on 18 carries.  Edmund Surles added 53 yards on one carry.  Brady Hensley carried the ball 13 times for 33 yards.  Eli Steele completed one of five passes for 14 yards and a touchdown.  Kenyatts Hardge completed one of two passes for 48 yards and a touchdown.  Brady Hensley caught two passes for 62 yards and two touchdowns.  Eli Steele led the defense with three solo tackles.  Dawson Sanchez, Jayden West, and Gerius Walker added two solo tackles each.  Jayden West intercepted a pass.

Lexington Christian Academy utilized a 29 point second quarter to take control of the game in a 46-8 victory over Pikeville.  LCA recorded eight first downs and 193 yards of total offense.  They were penalized four times for 35 yards and lost a fumble.  Pikeville recorded five first downs and 67 yards of total offense.  They were penalized four times for 36 yards, lost two fumbles, and had a pass intercepted.

Xavier Brown led LCA’s ground game with 79 yards and two touchdowns on seven carries.  Frankie Knight carried the ball eight times for 23 yards and a touchdown.  Mason Moore completed two of eight passes for 97 yards and two touchdowns.  Xavier Brown caught two passes for 60 yards and a touchdown.  Elijah Hammond caught one pass for 51 yards and a touchdown.  Chance McMaughey led the defense with six solo and four assisted tackles.  Tyler Morris added four solo and one assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a two yard loss and recovered a fumble.  Xavier Brown recorded four solo tackles and intercepted a pass he returned 35 yards.  Wiles Johnson recovered a fumble.

Carson Wright led Pikeville’s ground game with 55 yards on seven carries.  Isaac McNamee carried the ball 12 times for 23 yards and one touchdown.  Isaac McNamee completed three of nine passes for six yards with one interception.  Blake Birchfield caught two passes for four yards.  Blake Birchfield returned four kickoffs for 65 yards with a long return of 40 yards.  Isaac McNamee led the defense with three solo and three assisted tackles.  Carson Wright added three solo and one assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 10 yards.  Caeden Bartley recovered a fumble.

Corbin defeated Boyle County by a score of 26-9 in a game that featured some outstanding performances from both teams.  Corbin was led by Treyveon Longmire who accounted for 282 yards including two touchdowns rushing, caught a touchdown pass, threw a touchdown pass, and intercepted two passes on defense.  Boyle County kicker Jackson Smith booted field goals of 38, 25, and 51 yards.  Corbin recorded 10 first downs and 299 yards of total offense.  They were penalized three times for 22 yards and lost a fumble.  Boyle County recorded eight first downs and 184 yards of total offense.  They were penalized four times for 35 yards and had three passes intercepted.

Treyveon Longmire led Corbin’s ground game with 215 yards and two touchdowns on 18 carries.  Seth Mills completed two of three passes for 67 yards and one touchdown.  Treyveon Longmire completed his only pass for three yards and a touchdown.  Longmire caught two passes for 67 yards and a touchdown.  Seth Mills caught one pass for three yards and a touchdown.  Brayden Reynolds led the defense with four solo and three assisted tackles with 1.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling four yards.  Carter Sevier added two solo and five assisted tackles.  Treyveon Longmire recorded three solo tackles and intercepted two passes.  Ryan Peace added one solo and three assisted tackles and intercepted one pass.

Cash Logan led Boyle County’s ground game with 104 yards on 14 carries.  Aden Slone carried the ball nine times for 34 yards.  Cole Lanter completed three of 13 passes for 43 yards with two interceptions.  Cash Logan threw an interception on his only pass attempt.  Jackson Smith caught one pass for 26 yards.  Cash Logan added one reception for 12 yards.  Aden Slone led the defense with eight solo tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a two yard loss.  Jakei Tarter added three solo and three assisted tackles.  JD Brown recorded two solo and five assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a three yard loss.  Cash Logan added two solo and two assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a four yard loss.  Zach Mason recovered a fumble.

The score was tied 8-8 at halftime but Pikeville pulled away in the second half to earn a 46-22 victory over Owensboro Catholic.  A potent Pikeville ground game produced 411 yards and six touchdowns on 40 carries and an aggressive defense intercepted three Owensboro Catholic passes.  Pikeville recorded 16 first downs and 439 yards of total offense.  They were penalized 15 times for 167 yards and lost a fumble.  Owensboro Catholic recorded eight first downs and 117 yards of total offense.  They were penalized seven times for 30 yards and had three passes intercepted.

Isaac McNamee led Pikeville’s ground game with 165 yards and three touchdowns on 11 carries.  Carson Wright carried the ball 16 times for 161 yards and a touchdown.  Blake Birchfield added 53 yards and a touchdown on seven carries.  Barrett Caudill carried the ball three times for 35 yards and a touchdown.  Isaac McNamee completed one of seven passes for 28 yards.  Carson Wright caught one pass for 28 yards.  Barrett Caudill led the defense with four solo and two assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling five yards.  Isaac McNamee added three solo and two assisted tackles and intercepted two passes he returned a total of 22 yards.  Isaac Coleman recorded three solo and one assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 11 yards and intercepted one pass.

Braden Mundy led Owensboro Catholic’s  ground game with 33 yards and a touchdown on seven carries.  Lincoln Clancy completed eight of 22 passes for 63 yards and one touchdown with three interceptions.  Braden Mundy caught three passes for 16 yards.  E. Munsey added two receptions for 26 yards.  Luke Evans caught a 21 yard touchdown pass.  Brice Boarman returned one kickoff for 57 yards and a touchdown.  Braden Mundy led the defense with six solo and five assisted tackles and recovered a fumble.  Luke Evans added three solo and eight assisted tackles.

Lexington Christian Academy averaged 10.8 yards per carry and scored five touchdowns on the ground in 28 carries on their way to a 54-13 victory over Meece.  LCA recorded 12 first downs and 392 yards of total offense.  The Eagles were penalized three times for 19 yards.  Meece recorded four first downs and 102 yards of total offense.  They were penalized once for five yards and lost a fumble.

Xavier Brown led LCA’s ground game with 160 yards and two touchdowns on seven carries.  Frankie Knight carried the ball seven times for 92 yards and two touchdowns.  Seffrey Selby added 31 yards on four carries.  Mason Moore carried the ball five times for 16 yards and a touchdown.  Mason Moore completed four of seven passes for 89 yards and two touchdowns.  Elijah Hammond caught three passes for 67 yards and two touchdowns.  Frankie Knight added one reception for 22 yards.  Elijah Hammond led the defense with four solo tackles with three of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 22 yards.  Chance McMaughey added three solo and two assisted tackles.  Xavier Brown recorded three solo and one assisted tackles.  Tyler Morris recovered a fumble.

Clayton Harness led Meece’s ground game with two yards on one carry.  Josh Gross completed four of 14 passes for 93 yards and one touchdown.  Benoti Zaragoza completed three of three passes for 25 yards.  Matt Shadoan caught three passes for 50 yards.  Benoti Zaragoza added two receptions for 66 yards and a touchdown.  Brady Gibson returned one kickoff 87 yards for a touchdown.  Benoti Zaragoza led the defense with six solo tackles.  Josh Gross added five solo tackles and Clayton Harness recorded three solo stops.

Northern Pulaski dominated on both sides of the ball to earn a 40-0 shutout victory over South Warren.  Northern Pulaski recorded 16 first downs and 352 yards of total offense.  They were penalized five times for 34 yards and had one pass intercepted.  South Warren recorded three first downs and 45 yards of total offense.  They were penalized three times for 20 yards, lost a fumble, and had two passes intercepted.

Chase Doan led Northern Pulaski’s ground game with 189 yards and a touchdown on 16 carries.  Drew Polston carried the ball seven times for 35 yards.  Drew Polston completed five of six passes for 85 yards and one touchdown with one interception.  Zach Travis completed two of two passes for 28 yards and one touchdown.  Braden Gipson caught three passes for 50 yards and one touchdown.  Aiden Wesley added three receptions for 45 yards.  Zach Travis caught an 18 yard touchdown pass.  Aiden Wesley led the defense with one solo and four assisted tackles with 1.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling three yards.  Christian Slavey added three solo tackles.  Michael Craft scored on a 22 yard interception return.  Antonio Palmer also intercepted a pass and Jacob Wilburn recovered a fumble.

Kobe Martin led South Warren’s ground game with 17 yards on six carries.  Jake Burton carried the ball once for 15 yards.  Mason Willingham completed two of 10 passes for 15 yards with two interceptions.  Luke Burton led the defense with 10 solo and three assisted tackles with 2.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling eight yards.  Cole Dennis added three solo and three assisted tackles.  Jake Jackson recorded three solo and one assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a five yard loss.  Eldar Dervisevic intercepted a pass he returned 17 yards.
