Eastern Kentucky University rallied from a three point deficit with 15 seconds left in the game to earn a 50-49 victory over Morehead State University.  Corriana Evans hit a jumper to pull within one; 49-48 with 14 seconds remaining in the game.  Eastern Kentucky fouled but Lai’Janique Perry- Ellis missed both free throws and the Colonels got the rebound.  5-9 Fr. Alice Recanati hit two free throws with nine seconds remaining to give the Colonels a 50-49 lead.  Morehead State had one last opportunity but turned the ball over to ensure the victory for Eastern Kentucky.  The score was tied eight times and there were 11 lead changes in the game.
