Great Crossing coach Glenn Wilson Jr. started the following lineup: 5-10 So. Ava Schureman, 5-8 Sr. Leilia Custard, 6-0 Jr. Raegan Barrett, 5-8 Sr. Timothi Williams, and 5-8 So. Olivia Tierney. Franklin County coach Joey Thacker countered with 6-1 So. Rachel Shropshire, 5-10 Sr. Patience Laster, 6-4 Jr. Jhaven Meade, 5-5 Sr. Nevaeh Carter, and 6-0 Jr. Jazmin Chambers.
Franklin County defeated Great Crossing by the score of 61-46. Franklin County shot 39.6% from the field including nine of 27 from the three point line. The Lady Flyers connected on 10 of 24 free throws, pulled down 45 rebounds, and scored nine points off eight Great Crossing turnovers. Great Crossing shot 29.3% from the field including three of 16 from beyond the arc. The Lady Warhawks connected on nine of 16 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 12 Franklin County turnovers.
5-3 Fr. Leia Hogan led Franklin County with 17 points including five three point baskets. Rachel Shropshire added 11 points and eight rebounds. Nevaeh Carter recorded 10 points and three assists. Patience Laster chipped in with nine points, eight rebounds, and two blocked shots. 6-1 Fr. Juliana Frazee added five points and 10 rebounds. Jhaven Meade recorded four points and nine rebounds.
Raegan Barrett led Great Crossing with 13 points, five rebounds, and two steals. Ava Schureman added 12 points, six rebounds, and four steals. Timothi Williams recorded nine points, six rebounds, and two assists.
