Scott County utilized their “Winged-T” ground-and-pound offense to perfection tonight in a 56-0 victory over Montgomery County. The Cardinals rolled up 342 yards on the ground and five touchdowns on 33 carries. Scott County recorded 19 first downs and 384 yards of total offense. The Cardinals were penalized four times for 25 yards. Montgomery County recorded seven first downs and 135 yards of total offense. The Indians were penalized six times for 65 yards, lost a fumble, and had two passes intercepted.

Thomas Feickert led Scott County’s ground game with 98 yards and three touchdowns on eight carries. Ellis Huguely carried the ball five times for 90 yards and a touchdown. Jacob Fryman recorded 66 yards and a touchdown on 11 carries. Andrew Hickey completed seven of 11 passes for 42 yards and two touchdowns. Isaac York caught three passes for 19 yards and a touchdown. Victor Zacarias recorded two receptions for 16 yards and a touchdown. Logan Jones returned three punts for 26 yards with a long return of 20 yards. Jackson Damron led the defense with five solo and four assisted tackles. Elijah Adams added five solo and two assisted tackles. Luke Valencia recorded three solo and two assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 23 yards. Logan Jones intercepted a pass he returned 35 yards for a touchdown. Paul Garner intercepted a pass he returned for 12 yards and also recovered a fumble he returned for seven yards.

Alex Hatton led Montgomery County’s ground game with 14 yards on eight carries. Alex Hatton completed 12 of 23 passes for 107 yards with two interceptions. Harrison Haddix caught four passes for 35 yards. Devin Taul added four receptions for 33 yards. Jaimen Caba returned one punt for 10 yards and four kickoffs for 56 yards with a long return of 18 yards. Corey Barber returned two kickoffs for 30 yards with a long return of 17 yards. Duran Owens returned one kickoff for 14 yards. RexMartin led the defense with five solo and four assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a two yard loss. Edgar Diaz added three solo and four assisted tackles. Brody Shaw recorded four solo and one assisted tackles. Corey Barber chipped in with four solo tackles.

Bryan Station improves to 5-3 with a 49-6 victory over Oldham County. Bryan Station recorded 24 first downs and 420 yards of total offense. The Defenders were penalized seven times for 107 yards and had a pass intercepted. Oldham County recorded 10 first downs and 193 yards of total offense. The Colonels were penalized six times for 39 yards and had three passes intercepted.

Jeremiah Mundy-Lloyd led Bryan Station’s ground game with 101 yards and two touchdowns on 13 carries. Bayubahe Benit carried the ball nine times for 76 yars and a touchdown. Dahvon Frazier added 58 yards on eight carries. Akeem Clay chipped in with 33 yards on five carries. Trenton Cutwright carried the ball five times for 15 yards and a touchdown. Trenton Cutwright completed seven of 13 passes for 111 yards and a touchdown with one interception. Damin Green caught five passes for 78 yards. Larry Wilkerson caught one pass for 22 yards. JT Haskins Jr. added an 11 yard touchdown reception. Damin Green returned two punts for 73 yards including one for 52 yards and a touchdown. Maish. Baker-Thomas and JT Haskins Jr. each returned a punt for 19 and 16 yards respectively. Zechariah Dabney led the defense with four solo and one assisted tackles. Colton Essenback added four solo and one assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a four yard loss. Nikalos Dixon recorded four solo and one assisted tackles. JT Haskins Jr. added three solo tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a four yard loss. Noah Israel chipped in with two solo and one assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 10 yards. Maish. Baker-Thomas intercepted a pass he returned 82 yards for a touchdown. ZjaLijuon White also intercepted a pass.

Caden Sheppard led Oldham County’s ground game with four yards on nine carries. Kingston Dugan completed 14 of 29 passes for 202 yards and a touchdown with three interceptions. Travis Edgar caught five passes for 43 yards. Jaxon Elkins added three receptions for 109 yards and a touchdown. Miller Brown returned four kickoffs for 55 yards with a long return of 19 yards. Waylon Starr returned two kickoffs for 27 yards with a long return of 17 yards. Isaac Bowman returned one kickoff for 20 yards. Mason Sedoris led the defense with six solo tackles. Joshua Soeder added five solo and one assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a five yard loss. Caleb Wolfenbarger recorded five solo tackles. Miller Brown intercepted a pass he returned 20 yards.

Madison Central defeated Oldham County by the score of 42-0. Madison Central improves to 6-1 after suffering their first loss last week to Pikeville on the road. Star RB Brady Hensley returned tonight after missing several games and also talented WR Jayden West returned after a one game suspension after being ejected in a game. Madison Central recorded 16 first downs and 309 yards of total offense. The Indians were penalized eight times for 80 yards and lost one fumble. Oldham County recorded seven first downs and 69 yards of total offense. The Colonels were penalized three times for 30 yards, lost two fumbles, and had a pass intercepted.

Brady Hensley led Madison Central’s ground game with 163 yards and a touchdown on 16 carries. Landon Ward carried the ball five times for 28 yards. Brock Eads added 25 yards and two touchdowns on three carries. Hagan Harrison completed three of six passes fpr 71 yards and two touchdowns. Brady Hensley caught one pass for 41 yards. Jayden West added two receptions for 30 yards and two touchdowns. Hayden Kiser returned one kickoff for 18 yards. Hayden Kiser led the defense with three solo and seven assisted tackles. Brock Eads added six assisted tackles. Alex Wenger recorded three solo and one assisted tackles. Jayden West intercepted one pass he returned 60 yards for a touchdown and also recovered a fumble.

Caden Sheppard led Oldham County’s ground game with 41 yards on 18 carries. Kingston Dugan completed one of eight passes for 13 yards. Isaac Bowman completed one of two passes for five yards. Zachary Davis was zero for two with one interception in the passing department. Isaac Bowman caught one pass for 13 yards. Miller Brown returned three kickoffs for 66 yards. Makai Blaking led the defense with four solo and four assisted tackles. Miller Brown and Joshua Soeder each recorded four solo and three assisted tackles.

Cody Nichols led Pulaski County’s ground game with 49 yards and a touchdown on eight carries. Ethan Idlewine carried the ball 10 times for 38 yards and a touchdown. Brysen Dugger completed 25 of 29 passes for 361 yards and five touchdowns. Chandler Godby caught 11 passes for 145 yards and four touchdowns. Harris Denymer added three receptions for 54 yards and a touchdown. Cody Nichols caught three passes for 54 yards. Harris Denymer returned one kickoff for 11 yards. They were penalized six times for 55 yards and had three passes intercepted.

Ryan Rayno led Logan County’s ground game with 196 yards and a touchdown on 25 carries. Junvontre Dillard added 12 yards and two touchdowns on six carries. Davin Yates completed 10 of 18 passes for 169 yards and two touchdowns with one interception. Zane Batten caught three passes for 89 yards and a touchdown. Harper Butler added two receptions for 36 yards and a touchdown. Dayton Blackford returned one kickoff for 16 yards. Simon Kenton defeated Dixie Heights by the score of 66-23 tonight. Simon Kenton recorded 39 first downs and 699 yards of total offense. The Pioneers were penalized four times for 19 yards. Dixie Heights recorded 19 first downs and 280 yards of total offense. The Colonels were penalized three times for 30 yards, lost a fumble, and had a pass intercepted.

Jayden Lawson led Simon Kenton’s ground game with 314 yards and three touchdowns on 20 carries. Kaleb Bleier carried the ball 11 times for 83 yards and a touchdown. Landon Brown recorded 60 yards on 10 carries. Chase Crone carried the ball 10 times for 31 yards and four touchdowns. Chase Crone completed 12 of 21 passes for 203 yards and one touchdown. Carter Blades caught three passes for 74 yards. Jackson Galbraith added four receptions for 69 yards and a touchdown. Nathan Kitchens intercepted a pass.

David Anderson led Dixie Heights ground game with 42 yards and a touchdown on eight carries. Caleb Hinkle carried the ball 13 times for 34 yards and a touchdown. Armani Gregg completed 20 of 30 passes for 218 yards and one touchdown with one interception. Trey Barnette caught 10 passes for 136 yards and a touchdown. Grant Johnson added three receptions for 37 yards.

Newport Central Catholic defeated ludlow by the score of 60-30. Newport Central Catholic recorded 23 first downs and 552 yards of toyal offense. They were penalized once for 15 yards and had a pass intercepted. Ludlow recorded 22 first downs and 515 yards of total offense. They were penalized three times for 25 yards, lost a fumble, and had a pass intercepted.

Demetrick Welch Jr. led Newport Central Catholic’s ground game with 225 yards and two touchdowns on 13 carries. Kaleb Cole added 119 yards and two touchdowns on five carries. Kolton Smith completed 11 of 13 passes for 160 yards and three touchdowns. Luke Runyon caught four passes for 63 yards. Matthew Landrum added two receptions for 40 yards and a touchdown. Demetrick Welch Jr. recorded two receptions for 33 yards and a touchdown. Chad Atkins caught a nine yard touchdown pass. Luke Runton returned a 19 yard punt return and returned one kickoff for 17 yards.

Jaylen Bridges led Ludlow’s ground game with 75 yards and a touchdown on 13 carries. Jaxson Rice added 66 yards and one touchdown on 20 carries. Dameyn Anness recorded 61 yards on seven carries. Bethlehem defeated Louisville Holy Cross by the score of 37-20. Bethlehem led 21-0 at halftime but Holy Cross rallied in the third quarter to only trail 21-14 after three quarters. Bethlehem pulled away in the final quarter for he victory. Bethlehem recorded 17 first downs and 498 yards of total offense. They were penalized four times for 25 yards. Holy Cross recorded 15 first downs and 288 yards of total offense. They were penalized twice for 10 yards and had one pass intercepted.

Zane Wickliffe led Bethlehem’s ground game with 100 yards and two touchdowns on 16 carries. Cooper Stone completed 23 of 35 passes for 408 yards and two touchdowns. Haydon Osbourne caught eight passes for 194 yards and two touchdowns. Will Ray added nine receptions for 162 yards. Jacob Thornsberry returned one kickoff for 16 yards. Hayden Clark added one kickoff return for 11 yards and Zane Wickliffe returned one punt for 14 yards. Jacob Thornsbury led the defense with six solo and 1.5 assisted tackles. Garrett Lanham added six solo and one assisted tackles. Justin Popovich recorded four solo and one assisted tackles with 2.5 of his tackles resulting in sacks. Zane Wickliffe intercepted a pass.

Chris Perry led Holy Cross’ ground game with 138 yards and three touchdowns on 18 carries. Tyler Ballard carried the ball 10 times for 57 yards. Chris Perry completed five of 11 passes for 59 yards with one interception. Jayse Hardesty caught one pass for 28 yards. Rolen Rose added three receptions for 22 yards. Jayse Hardesty punted five times for a 43.0 average. Jayse Hardesty returned one kickoff for 18 yards. Logan McClellan returned one kickoff for 15 yards. Lexington Catholic erased a 27-7 deficit and scored two touchdowns in the final three minutes to earn a 28-27 victory over Boyle County. Boyle County had one late chance but a long touchdown pass was called back for a procedure penalty and their final pass attempt was intercepted by Lexington Catholic to ensure the victory. Lexington Catholic recorded 17 first downs and 317 yards of total offense. The Knights were penalized twice for 10 yards and had one pass intercepted. Boyle County recorded 17 first downs and 338 yards of total offense. The Rebels were penalized four times for 40 yards and had one pass intercepted.

Jackson Wasik led Lexington Catholic’s ground game with 21 yards and a touchdown on 12 carries. Walker Hall carried the ball nine times for 18 yards. Jackson Wasik completed 23 of 29 passes for 278 yards and three touchdowns with one interception. Max DeGraff caught six passes for 52 yards. Sam Clements added five receptions for 80 yards and a touchdown. Hunter Foster added four receptions for 69 yards and a touchdown. Corbin Perry caught four passes for 56 yards and a touchdown. Max Mooring returned five kickoffs for 77 yards with a long return of 23 yards. Max DeGraff was four of four extra points, punted three times for a 44.3 average, kicked off three times with two touch backs. Spencer Bennington led the defense with five solo and six assisted tackles. Sam Clements added five solo and three assisted tackles. Matthew Kern recorded five solo and one assisted tackles. Max Bertrand intercepted one pass he returned 25 yards.

Montavin Quisenberry led Boyle County’s ground game with 114 yards and two touchdowns on 13 carries. Avery Bodner carried the ball 11 times for 37 yards and a touchdown. Sage Dawson completed 12 of 15 passes for 147 yards and a touchdown with one interception. Montavin Quisenberry caught five passes for 60 yards. Jakei Tarter added four receptions for 73 yards and a touchdown. Brock Driver led the defense with five solo and two assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling eight yards. Avery Bodner added three solo and three assisted tackles and intercepted a pass. Tommy Ziesmer recorded four solo tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling eight yards. Bryan Station recorded 25 first downs and 411 yards of total offense. The Defenders were penalized 10 times for 79 yards. George Rogers Clark recorded 12 first downs and 180 yards of total offense. The Cardinals were penalized 11 times for 81 yards, lost a fumble, and had a pass intercepted.

Jeremiah Mundy-Lloyd led Bryan Station’s ground game with 105 yards and four touchdowns on 20 carries. B. Beney carried the ball nine times for 31 yards. Trenton Cutwright completed 14 of 22 passes for 250 yards and three touchdowns. JT Haskins Jr. caught six passes for 138 yards and two touchdowns. Damin Green added five receptions for 80 yards and a touchdown. Damin Green returned two kickoffs for 37 yards with a long return of 19 yards. Z. Dabney led the defense with six solo and six assisted tackles with 2.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 23 yards and recovered a fumble he returned 12 yards.
