Henry Clay coach Ashley Garrad countered with 5-9 Jr. Allison Stone, 5-8 Jr. Lydia Van Metre, 5-8 Jr. Emily Johnson, 5-2 So. Ariyana Sutton, and 5-6 Jr. Timarri Miller.

Henry Clay led 37-17 in the third quarter and withstood a rally by Madison Southern to earn a 55-47 victory. Henry Clay shot 38.1% from the field including three of 14 from the three point line. The Lady Blue Devils connected on 20 of 31 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 20 Madison Southern turnovers. Madison Southern shot 30.8% from the field including three of 13 from beyond the arc. The Lady Eagles connected on 20 of 31 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 21 Henry Clay turnovers.

Allison Stone led Henry Clay with 23 points including three three point baskets, six of 10 free throws, seven rebounds, and three steals. Ariyana Sutton added 11 points including seven of nine free throws, two assists, and four steals. Timarri Miller recorded seven points, seven rebounds, and four assists.

Hadley French led Madison Southern with 20 points including seven of nine free throws, two rebounds, two assists, and three steals. Bella Moberly added seven points and seven rebounds. 5-10 Fr. Bryan Station defeated Scott County by the score of 65-62. There were eight lead changes and four ties in this game. Bryan Station shot 42.3% from the field including nine of 22 from the three point line. The Lady Defenders connected on 12 of 18 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 17 Scott County turnovers. Scott County shot 44% from the field including four of 16 from beyond the arc. Garrard County led 42-22 in the second quarter but Lexington Christian Academy rallied and outscored Garrard County 26-8 in the final quarter to earn a 79-70 victory. LCA shot 43.5% from the field including 14 of 37 from the three point line. The Eagles connected on 11 of 16 free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 18 Garrard County turnovers. Garrard County shot 44.6% from the field including eight of 21 from beyond the arc. Grant County coach Shawn West countered with 5-9 Sr. Emily Naranjo, 5-7 Sr. Sarah Scroggins, 5-9 Jr. Sarah Russell, 5-4 Sr. Dakota Rowe, and 5-5 So. Jada Cummins.

Madison Southern defeated Grant County by the score of 55-47. Madison Southern held a 39-15 lead in the third quarter but Grant County closed out with a 32-16 run to narrow the margin. Madison Southern shot 38.1% from the field including 10 of 22 from the three point line. The Lady Eagles connected on 13 of 24 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored 22 points off 17 Grant County turnovers. Grant County shot 40.4% from the field including four of 13 from beyond the arc. The Lady Braves connected on five of nine free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored seven points off 12 Madison Southern turnovers.

5-10 Fr. Laci Sandlin came off the bench and had a breakout game leading Madison Southern with 20 points including six three point baskets and five rebounds. Tara Woten added 13 points including six of eight free throws. Ashlan Estep recorded nine points on three three point baskets. Bella Moberly added eight points and six rebounds. Jada Carter and 5-8 Sr. Megan Correll each pulled down seven rebounds.
