Scott County defeated Conner by the score of 63-13. Scott County recorded 16 first downs and 422 yards of total offense. The Cardinals were penalized four times for 34 yards. Conner recorded 11 first downs and 196 yards of total offense. The Cougars were penalized four times for 30 yards.

Timmy Emongo led Scott County’s ground game with 71 yards and a touchdown on one carry. Thomas Feickert added 67 yards on four carries. Antonio Frye recorded 42 yards and a touchdown on one carry. Jacob Fryman carried the ball six times for 26 yards and three touchdowns. Kanye Garrett added 19 yards and a touchdown on five carries. Jayden Fields also scored on a three yard run. Andrew Hickey completed four of six passes for 87 yards. Eli Lilly, Ellis Huguely, Isaac York, and Timmy Emongo each caught one pass for 24, 23, 20, and 20 yards respectively. Buddy Collins returned two punts for 51 yards with a long return off 55 yards for a touchdown. Timmy Emongo returned a kickoff 94 yards for a touchdown. J. Stevenson led the defense with four solo and seven assisted tackles with 2.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling eight yards. Paul Garner added two solo and six assisted tackles. Jacob Blair recorded three solo and three assisted tackles. Shawn Rowe chipped in with one solo and four assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a nine yard loss.

Wyatt Hatfield led Conner’s ground game with 110 yards and a touchdown on 20 carries. Emmanuel Ekpe carried the ball 12 times for 68 yards and a touchdown. Wyatt Hatfield completed four of nine passes for 24 yards. Chase Caplinger caught three passes for 17 yards. Elliot Bucher returned six kickoffs for 83 yards with a long return of 22 yards. Elian Ruzindana returned two kickoffs for 43 yards with a long return of 27 yards. Jack Murray led the defense with four solo tackles. Elliot Bucher addedtwo solo and one assisted tackles. Chase Bailey recorded two solo tackles.

Madison Central defeated an injury depleted Paul Laurence Dunbar team by the score of 27-0. Notably Dunbar was without the services of their starting QB, one of their starting WR and one of their strong defenders. Madison Central got an excellent game from their offensive and defensive lines and a great performance by their running backs who scored four touchdowns and averaged 8.8 yards per carry on 39 carries. Madison Central recorded 18 first downs and 428 yards of total offense. The Indians were penalized nine times for 85 yards and lost two fumbles. Paul Laurence Dunbar recorded five first downs and 45 yards of total offense. The Bulldogs were penalized six times for 47 yards.

Bryant Mathis led Madison Central’s ground game with 245 yards and three touchdowns on 22 carries. Shawn Reese carried the ball seven times for 41 yards. Jonah Haskins recorded 38 yards on seven carries. Elijah Steele chipped in with 20 yards and a touchdown on two carries. KJ Wells completed five of eight passes for 55 yards. Elijah Steele completed one of three passes for 29 yards. Jackson Prichard caught two passes for 60 yards. Cody Morrison returned one kickoff for 41 yards. Kendric Williams led the defense with four solo and five assisted tackles with 2.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling seven yards. Jayden Marcum added three solo and three assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a three yard loss. Jaylon Beard recorded two solo tackles that resulted in losses totaling 10 yards.

Noe Kayembe led Dunbar’s ground game with 16 yards on eight carries. Steven Estepp completed three of 12 passes for 55 yards. Casey Monast and Conner Norsworthy each caught one pass for 28 and 20 yards respectively. Trae Berry returned three kickoffs for 45 yards with a long return of 18 yards. Colton Turlington led the defense with six solo and six assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a six yard loss. Aiden Davis added five solo and one assisted tackles. Trenton Berry recorded three solo and three assisted tackles. Anthony Flynn chipped in with two solo and three assisted tackles. Grayson Rogers and Coleman Pence each recovered a fumble.

Frederick Douglass defeated Henry Clay by the score of 48-0. Frederick Douglass recorded 14 first downs and 346 yards of total offense. The Broncos were penalized seven times for 133 yards. Henry Clay recorded five first downs and 46 yards of total offense. The Blue Devils were penalized twice for 20 yards.

Derion Talbert led Frederick Douglass’ ground game with 88 yards on two carries. Dakari Talbert carried the ball three times for 45 yards and a touchdown. Pharo Watts recorded 25 yards and one touchdown on five carries. Kenoxie Allen chipped in with 24 yards and one touchdown on four carries. Jaxon Strautman completed 12 of 20 passes for 164 yards and three touchdowns. Graham Dunn caught four passes for 78 yards. Avieon Chenault added three receptions for 45 yards and a touchdown. Derion Talbert recorded three receptions for 35 yards and two touchdowns. Derion Talbert returned two punts for 51 yards with a 48 yard return for a touchdown. Logan Busson returned one kickoff for 14 yards. Cooper Ranvier punted once for 42 yards, kicked off eight times for a 56.0 average with five touchbacks and converted on six of six points after touchdowns. Logan Busson led the defense with four solo and one assisted tackles with 3.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling six yards. Tacori Fields and Jimmy Dick each recorded two solo and two assisted tackles.

Walden Cole led Henry Clay’s ground game with 49 yards on 15 carries. Liam Marrs completed two of five passes for -2 yards. Henry Mackey caught two passes for -2 yards. Scyler Hersey returned one kickoff for eight yards. Walden Cole led the defense with three solo and six assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a one yard loss. Bryan Station raced out to a 36-0 first quarter lead on their way to a 43-0 victory over Lafayette. Bryan Station recorded 11 first downs and 189 yards of total offense. The Defenders were penalized seven times for 43 yards. Lafayette recorded six first downs and 61 yards of total offense. The Generals were penalized five times for 49 yards, lost a fumble, and had three passes intercepted.

Akeem Clay led Bryan Station’s ground game with 48 yards on three carries. Kalen Washington carried the ball three times for 31 yards and a touchdown. Avary Johnson recorded 22 yards on three carries. Taendre Clark chipped in with 16 yards and a touchdown on three carries. Trenton Cutwright completed six of eight passes for 67 yards and two touchdowns. Dahvon Frazier caught two passes for 35 yards. JT Haskins Jr. added two receptions for 29 yards and two touchdowns. Kamani Barbour returned on epunt for 14 yards and returned one kickoff for 96 yards and a touchdown. Kaleb Bailey led the defense with three solo and two assisted tackles. Jahvon Frazier added two solo tackles resulting in losses totaling nine yards. JT Haskins intercepted a pass he returned 45 yards and a touchdown. Alaji Bojang and Brayden Wilson each intercepted one pass.

KJ Jones led Lafayette’s ground game with six yards on four carries. Brayden Damron completed six of 23 passes for 60 yards with three interceptions. Nasir Andrews and Tussey Fisher each caught one pass for 23 and 22 yards respectively. Terraze Tayloe returned five kickoffs for 46 yards with a long return of 14 yards. Tristian Taylor returned two kickoffs for 41 yards with a long return of 26 yards. Tussey Fisher led the defense with three solo and one assisted tackles. DJ Jones added two solo and one assisted tackles.

Tates Creek trailed 7-6 at halftime but outscored George Rogers Clark 28-2 in the second half to earn a 34-9 victory. Tates Creek recorded 17 first downs and 418 yards of total offense. The Commodores were penalized 12 times for 107 yards and lost a fumble. George Rogers Clark recorded 13 first downs and 248 yards of total offense. The Cardinals were penalized six times for 41 yards, lost two fumbles, and had two passes intercepted.

Marquevion Smith led Tates Creek’s ground game with107 yards and two touchdowns on 15 carries. Tony Bell carried the ball five times for 31 yards. Andrew Witherington added 25 yards and a touchdown on six carries. Andrew Witherington completed 17 of 25 passes for 257 yards and two touchdowns. Thomas Seigler caught six passes for 64 yards. Marquevion Smith added three receptions for 49 yards. Sanator Clay also caught three passes for 17 yards. Luke Cooper added two receptions for 94 yards and two touchdowns. JT Cooper chipped in with two catches for 31 yards. Ace Davis returned one punt for 15 yards and Marquevion Smith returned one kickoff for 14 yards. Logan Julian lede the defense with five solo and four assisted tackles with 2.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling nine yards and recovered a fumble. J. Brown and Thomas Seigler each recorded four solo and two assisted tackles. Mason Jackson recovered a fumble. Jaysean Layne and Marquitis Boyd each intercepted a pass with return yardage of nine and six yards respectively.

Sam Clements led GRC’s ground game with 91 yards on 24 carries. Sam Clements completed 13 of 26 passes for 153 yards and one touchdown with one interception. Carter Maynard caught four passes for 72 yards and a touchdown. Camahni John added four receptions for 27 yards. Tyler Miller recorded three receptions for 40 yards. Trey Davis returned three kickoffs for 20 yards with a long return of 12 yards. Quintin Falls returned one kickoff for 16 yards. Hayden Heath led the defense with five solo and seven assisted tackles and recovered a fumble. Quintin Falls added four solo and five assisted tackles. Brady Hensley led LCA’s ground game with 92 yards and three touchdowns on three carries. Cutter Boley added 44 yards on one carry. Bennett Gudalis recorded 22 yards on five carries. Sam Pearson chipped in with 21 yards and a touchdown on two carries. Nathan Groves carried the ball once for 10 yards. Cutter Boley completed four of five passes for 76 yards and three touchdowns. Bryce Bentley completed his only pass for a 17 yard touchdown. Nate Barnhardt caught two passes for 36 yards and two touchdowns. Parker Chaney and Payton Mayhorn added touchdown receptions of 32 and 17 yard respectively. Saxton Howard returned one punt for 26 yards. Austin Underwood and Collin Hansley led the defense with three solo tackles with one tackles for a two yard loss each and Hansley intercepted a pass. Kenyatta Hardge added two solo and one assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a two yard loss. Jackson Dillow scored on a 44 yard interception return. Jayden Taylor intercepted a pass he returned 36 yards and Braylon Moss added an interception he returned three yards.

Jerry Harrison led Clinton County’s ground game with 14 yards on five carries. Kasyn Massengale carried the ball four times for 11 yards. Kasyn Massengale completed nine of 24 passes for 110 yards and one touchdown with four interceptions. Steele Burchett caught four passes for 89 yards and a touchdown. Steele Burchett returned five kickoffs for 54 yards with a long return of 14 yards. Jerry Harrison returned one kickoff for 14 yards. Kade Beaty led the defense with three solo tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a two yard loss. Mason McDaniel added one solo and three assisted tackles.

Pikeville led 15-8 at halftime but pulled away in the second half to earn a 39-15 victory over Boyd County. Boyd County was playing short handed tonight as they had five starters out for the game. Pikeville recorded 377 yards of total offense while Boyd County had 156 yards.

Brenden Anthony led Pikeville’s ground game with 83 yards and two touchdowns on six carries. Isaiah Stanley added 46 yards on five carries. Deonte Stevens carried the ball four times for 42 yards and a touchdown. Tayvian Boykins recorded 33 yards on five carries. Jacob Brown added 35 yards on five carries. Isaac Duty completed 10 of 14 passes for 131 yards and two touchdowns with one interception. Joseph Reynolds completed two of two passes for 28 yards. Brayden Hall caught three passes for 85 yards and two touchdowns. Tayvian Boykins added four receptions for 26 yards. Jaydon Muncy recorded one reception for 18 yards. Mikey Hager chipped in with one catch fpr 14 yards and Jeb Wilkerson recorded two receptions for 14 yards. Jeremiah Anderson led the defense with five solo and two assisted tackles. Deonte Stevens added three solo and four assisted tackles. Jacob Wilkerson recorded two solo and four assisted tackles and recovered a fumble. Lane Ford chipped in with one solo and five assisted tackles.

Camaron Collins led Boyd County’s ground game with 42 yards on four carries. Marcus Brumfield carried the ball five times for 37 yards and a touchdown. Bently Green recorded 13 yards on four carries. Rhett Holbrook completed eight of 19 passes for 76 yards and one touchdown. Marcus Brumfield caught three passes for 32 yards and a touchdown. Cayden Butler added three receptions for 32 yards. Erik Germann led the defense with seven solo and five assisted tackles. Brody Castle added three solo and five assisted tackles. Jack Hogsten recorded one solo and six assisted tackles. Ryle led 19-13 at halftime but outscored Dixie Heights 34-8 in the second half to earn a 53-21 victory over the Colonels. Dixie Heights was hampered tonight by the absence of QB Armani Gregg who was sidelined by an injury. Simon Kenton rolled up 538 yards of total offense while Dixie Heights recorded 317 yards.

Jacob Savage led Ryle’s ground game with 69 yards on six carries. Jr Hayes added 20 yards and a touchdown on three carries. Carson Jenkins chipped in with 16 yards and a touchdown on two carries. Logan Verax completed 20 of 33 passes for 355 yards and five touchdowns with one interception. Landon Lorms caught six passes for 133 yards and one touchdown. Dylan Lee added three receptions for 69 yards and two touchdowns. Gavin Lyons recorded two receptions for 49 yards and a touchdown. Grady Reynolds chipped in with three receptions for 46 yards and a touchdown. Jacob Savage also caught four passes for 37 yards. Jacob Savage led the defense with eight solo and seven assisted tackles. Grady Reynolds added six solo and five assisted tackles and intercepted a pass. Campbell County recorded 15 first downs and 222 yards of total offense. The Camels were penalized twice for 20 yards and had three passes intercepted.

Owen Leen led Covington Catholic’s ground game with 41 yards and a touchdown on six carries. Evan Pitzer carried the ball four times for 29 yards. BenMcEvoy recorded 28 yards on two carries. Will Michels chipped in with 21 yards on four carries. Cash Harney carried the ball twice for 16 yards. Evan Pitzer completed 15 of 19 passes for 229 yards and four touchdowns. Braylon Miller caught four passes for 57 yards. Noah Johnson added two receptions for 48 yards and a touchdown. Oliver Link recorded three receptions for 45 yards and a touchdown. Ashland Blazer scored 14 unanswered points in the final quarter to earn a 49-42 come-from-behind victory over Simon Kenton. The score was tied 35-35 at halftime but the second half was not kind to the visiting Pioneers. Simon Kenton lost Jake Puttoff who plays both on the offensive and defensive line during the game and leading RB Durell Turner was slightly injured and was held out in the second half to rest and recover for the upcoming playoffs. Simon Kenton still took a 42-35 lead late in the third quarter on a 82 yard scoring strike from Brady Lee to Nathan Kitchens. Midway throught the final quarter Ashland tied the score on a 93 yard sprint to the end zone by Atayveon Thomas. The next defensive series for Ashland provided the game winner as Braxton Jennings returned an intercepted pass for 27 yards for what proved to be the winning score. However the drama was not over as Simon Kenton and one last chance as a Simon Kenton receiver appeared to be headed for a sure touchdown but the ball slipped from his hands deep in Tomcat territory and while he recovered the ball Simon Kenton was unable to score the tying touchdown. Ashland recorded 492 yards of total offense while Simon Kenton tallied 607 yards of total offense.

Atayveon Thomas led Ashland’s ground game with 185 yards and two touchdowns on nine carries. Braxton Jennings carried the ball 11 times for 70 yards and three touchdowns. LaBryant Strader recorded 10 yards an da touchdown on two carries. LaBryant Strader completed seven of 15 passes for 228 yards with one interception. Brandon Houston caught four passes for 141 yards. Braxton Jennings added two receptions for 77 yards, Asher Adkins caught one pass for 10 yards. Dylan Duckwyler recorded an interception and Braxton Jennings scored on a 27 yard interception return.

Durell Turner led Simon Kenton’s ground game with 93 yards and a touchdown on 19 carries. Brady Lee carried the ball 14 times for 45 yards and two touchdowns. Brady Lee completed 23 of 34 passes for 448 yards and three touchdowns with two interceptions. Carter Blades caught five passes for 126 yards and one touchdown. Nathan Kitchens added four receptions for 122 yards and one touchdown. Tysin Weaver recorded four receptions for 85 yards and a touchdown. Grayson Harris added eight receptions for 88 yards.
