Anderson County coach Clay Birdwhistell started the following lineup: 6-0 Jr. Lainey Johnson, 5-9 Sr. Claire Cooper, 5-10 Jr. Ella Baum, 5-7 Sr. Faith Hyatt, and 5-9 Sr. Jenna Satterly. Madison Central coach Scott True countered with 5-7 Jr. Brooke Campbell, 5-7 Sr. Olivia Metcalfe, 5-9 Jr. Cameryn Ridderikhoff, 5-7 Jr. Brittany Campbell, and 5-6 Jr. Nataya Strader.

Anderson County defeated Madison Central by the score of 41-35. Anderson County raced out to a 19-5 first quarter lead but Madison Central rallied to take a 30-26 lead late in the third quarter before Anderson County rallied for the victory. There were two ties and four lead changes in the game. Madison Central went cold in the final quarter only connecting on two of 14 from the field during the final quarter. Anderson County shot 35.3% from the field including three of 15 from the three point line. The Lady Bearcats connected on 14 of 19 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored four points off three Madison Central turnovers. Madison Central shot 25% from the field including two of 22 from beyond the arc. The Lady Indians connected on nine of 16 free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored eight points off 11 Anderson County turnovers.

Lainey Johnson led Anderson County with 16 points including six of eight free throws, nine rebounds, and four assists. Jenna Satterly added 11 points including two three point baskets and five of six free throws. Ella Baum recorded four points and 11 rebounds.

5-7 Sr. Eden Carter led Madison Central with 13 points including five of six free throws, and seven rebounds. Nataya Strader added seven points, five rebounds, and three steals. Olivia Metcalfe added five points and two rebounds. Brittany Campbell recorded three points, seven rebounds, and two assists. Great Crossing defeated Franklin County by the score of 86-48. Great Crossing shot 51.5% from the field including eight of 20 from the three point line. The Warhawks connected on eight of 15 free throws, pulled down 53 rebounds, and scored 23 points off 17 Franklin County turnovers. Franklin County shot 29% from the field including four of 27 from beyond the arc. The Flyers connected on 34 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 15 Great Crossing turnovers.

Malachi Moreno led Great Crossing with 15 points, 18 rebounds, two assists, three blocked shots, and three steals. Vince Dawson III added 14 points including four three point baskets, eight rebounds, eight assists, and three steals. Bryan Station defeated Frederick Douglass by the score of 73-60. Bryan Station led 30-24 at halftime and went on a 27-9 run in the third quarter to take a 57-33 lead after three quarters. Frederick Douglass outscored Bryan Station 27-16 in the final quarter but could not even the game. There were eight lead changes and six ties in this game. Bryan Station shot 43.1% from the field including eight of 16 from the three point line. The Defenders connected on nine of 18 free throws, pulled down 45 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 14 Frederick Douglass turnovers. Southwestern shot 51.4% from the field including six of 15 from the three point line. The Lady Warriors connected on 13 of 16 free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored seven points off eight Madison Central turnovers. Madison Central shot 44.7% from the field including seven of 20 from beyond the arc. The Lady Indians connected on three of five free throws, pulled down 18 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 15 Southwestern turnovers.

Payton Acey led Southwestern with 23 points including nine of 12 field goals, five of five free throws, three rebounds, and two assists. Belle Combs scored a layup off an assist by Abbey Popham with 25 seconds to give Lafayette a 57-56 victory over Bryan Station. Bryan Station had an opportunity in the final second but the shots failed to connect. There were 12 lead changes and seven ties in this game. Lafayette shot 41.8% from the field including nine of 20 from the three point line. The Lady Generals connected on two of three free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 17 Bryan Station turnovers. Bryan Station shot 45.8% from the field including five of 10 from beyond the arc. Tess Nelson led Lafayette with 15 points including three three point baskets, eight rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Anna Clay Denton added 11 points, including two three point baskets, four rebounds, five assists, and two steals. Abbey Popham recorded nine points, three rebounds, five assists, and two steals. 5-3 Jr. Kierstyn Kelly added nine points on three three point baskets and three assists. Belle Combs chipped in with six points, four rebounds, and two steals. 5-10 Sr. Narrah Wilson recorded five points and five rebounds.

Albertine Cyuzuzo led Bryan Station with 17 points, nine rebounds, and three steals. Elayna Ward added 14 points including four three point baskets, four rebounds, and four assists. Akiyah Wade recorded 11 points and three rebounds. 5-8 Jr. Alondra Gonzalez Perez chipped in with seven points. Kailyn Gentry recorded six points, six rebounds, and two steals.
