Pikeville took an early 14-0 lead but Ironton rallied to enter the final quarter tied 27-27, and outscored Pikeville 21-6 in the final quarter to earn a 48-33 victory on the road. Ironton (OH) recorded 13 first downs and 315 yards of total offense. The Fighting Tigers were penalized nine times for 75 yards and lost a fumble. Pike ville recorded 16 first downs and 326 yards of total offense. The Panthers were penalized three times for 35 yards and had three passes intercepted.

Shaun Terry led Ironton’s ground game with 99 yards and a touchdown on three carries. Tyler Carmon added 50 yards and a touchdown on six carries. Braden Schreck recorded 45 yards and a touchdown on 17 carries. Zayne Williams chipped in with 36 yards and a touchdown on nine carries. Braden Schreck completed 12 of 19 passes for 85 yards and two touchdowns. Braylon Baker caught three passes for 34 yards. Shaun Terry added four receptions for 14 yards and a touchdown. Tyler Roach recorded two catches for 15 yards. Nick Sites added a 22 yard touchdown reception. Brycen Mullins scored on a 32 yard interception return. Zayne Williams and Josh Johnson each recorded an interception.

Brenden Anthony led Pikeville’s ground game with 63 yards and a touchdown on 20 carries. Jayden Justice added 63 yards and a touchdown on 11 carries. Isaac Duty completed 11 of 24 passes for 204 yards and three touchdowns with three interceptions. Deonte Stevens caught three passes for 69 yards and a touchdown. Brenden Anthony caught one pass for a 65 yard touchdown. Brady Hall added three receptions for 41 yards and a touchdown.

Greenup County defeated Boyd County by the score of 42-37. Greenup County QB scored all 42 points on six touchdowns and three two point conversion runs and made a late interception to ensure the victory. Greenup County recorded eight first downs and 435 yards of total offense. The Musketeers were penalozed four times for 35 yards. Boyd County recorded 21 first downs and 439 yards of total offense. The Lions were penalized five times for 35 yards and had two passes intercepted.

Tyson Sammons led Greenup County’s ground game with 248 yards and six touchdowns on 15 carries. Austin Walker carried the ball seven times for 26 yards. Tyson Sammons completed eight of 12 passes for 153 yards. Jasper Davis caught three passes for 66 yards. Drew Boggs added three receptions for 45 yards. Austin Walker caught one pass for 33 yards. Tyson Sammons and Drew Boggs each recorded one interception.

Rhett Holbrook led Boyd County’s ground game with 125 yards and a touchdown on 17 carries. Erik Germann carried the ball 20 times for 67 yards and a touchdown. Hunter Hedrick recorded 44 yards on eight carries. Rhett Holbrook completed 16 of 21 passes for 203 yards and two touchdowns with two interceptions. Marcus Brumfield caught six passes for 85 yards. Kaleb Kelley added four receptions for 66 yards and a touchdown. Cayden Butler caught one pass for 30 yards. Cole Hicks added three receptions for 21 yards and a touchdown. Kaleb Kelley also scored on a 77 yard kickoff return. Kaleb Kelley led the defense with five solo and four assisted tackles. John Walters added one solo and six assisted tackles. Cooper had too much offensive firepower tonight and defeated Conner by the score of 42-17 in a game that featured a lot of star power including the two quarterbacks (Cam O’Hara of Cooper and Wyatt Hatfield of Conner). Cooper recorded 26 first downs and 440 yards of total offense. The Jaguars were penalized twice for 10 yards. Conner recorded 18 first downs and 306 yards of total offense. The Cougars were penalized five times for 41 yards and had one pass intercepted.

Keagan Maher led Cooper’s ground game with 123 yards and two touchdowns on 13 carries. Cam O’Hara carried the ball seven times for 28 yards. Ryker Campbell recorded 26 yards on one carry. Cam O’Hara completed 18 of 21 passes for 261 yards and four touchdowns. Jaiden Combs caught five passes for 74 yards. Austin Alexander added five receptions for 48 yards and a touchdown. Isaiah Johnson recorded three receptions for 68 yards and two touchdowns. Malachi Ewell chipped in with three receptions for 37 yards an da touchdown.

Wyatt Hatfield led Conner’s ground game with 186 yards and a touchdown on 27 carries. Cordion Abernathy carried the ball 12 times for 38 yards. Wyatt Hatfield completed four of 12 passes for 68 yards and one touchdown with one interception. Chase Caplinger caught three passes for 41 yards. Chase Bailey caught a 27 yard touchdown pass. Ayden Depenbrock and Chase Bailey each recorded five solo tackles to lead the defense. Shepherd Dozier added four solo tackles. Bryson Haaser recorded three solo tackles and also recorded a sack.

Male utilized the big play explosiveness of Antonio Harris (3 TD receptions in the first half) to take a 21-14 halftime lead and hold on in the second half to eke out a 31-28 over Frederick Douglass on the road. Male recorded 14 first downs and 336 yards of total offense. The Bulldogs were penalized four times for 36 yards. Frederick Douglass recorded 11 first downs and 323 yards of total offense. The Broncos were penalized five times for 79 yards and lost a fumble.

Chayce Burton led Male’s ground game with 59 yards on 21 carries. Antonio Harris carried the ball four times for 18 yards. Jordan Williams completed 16 of 22 passes for 257 yards and four touchdowns. Antonio Harris caught five passes for 137 yards and three touchdowns. Camden Angelini added four receptions for 35 yards and a touchdown. Colin Jefferson recorded three receptions for 24 yards. Chayce Burton caught two passes for 56 yards. Steron Davidson returned one kickoff for 31 yards. Tyson Mimms returned three kickoffs for 60 yards with a long return of 22 yards. Colin Jefferson led the defense with five solo tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a one yard loss. Cornelious Williams and Solomon Conley each recorded two solo and four assisted tackles. Christian White added one solo and four assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a four yard loss. Javeon Dorsey recovered a fumble.

Peyton Smith led Frederick Douglass; ground game with 75 yards and a touchdown on nine carries. Pharo Watts carried the ball six times for 56 yards and a touchdown. TayTay Allen recorded 45 yards on one carry. Jaxon Strautman completed five of 12 passes for 123 yards and two touchdowns. Aveion Chenault caught three passes for 104 yards and two touchdowns. Jeremiah Turner returned three kickoffs for 56 yards with a long return of 24 yards. Aveion Chenault returned one kickoff for 36 yards. Dakari Talbert returned one kickoff for 20 yards. Logan Busson led the defense with four solo and nine assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a one yard loss. Scott County utilized their ground attack (10.9 yards per carry) to defeat Anderson County by the score of 49-6. Scott County recorded 19 first downs and 386 yards of total offense. The Cardinals were penalized six times for 40 yards. Anderson County recorded 12 first downs and 232 yards of total offense. The Bearcats were penalized eight times for 47 yards and had three passes intercepted.

Ali Hamdiyah led Scott County’s ground game with 102 yards and three touchdowns on six carries. Kayne Garrett carried the ball seven times for 86 yards and a touchdown. Timmy Emongo recorded 81 yards and a touchdown on four carries. Jayden Garrett also scored a touchdown on the ground. Andrew Hickey completed four of seven passes for 80 yards. Eli Lilly caught two passes for 33 yards. Timmy Emongo and Issac York each caught one pass for 29 and 18 yards respectively. Colt Fields returned two punts for 10 yards with a long return of 14 yards. Bryson Sanford returns one kickoff for 25 yards. Asher Brewer led the defense with five solo tackles and intercepted two passes he returned for 18 yards. Hudson Degarmo added three receptions for 46 yards and a touchdown. N. Wilson returned four kickoffs for 74 yards with a long return of 26 yards. Collin Ballard, Braxton Mackey, and Will Rhody each returned one kickoff for 13, 12, and 11 yards respectively. Sam Samad led the defense with four solo and one assisted tackles. Caleb Sheets completed two of two passes for 21 yards. Kamani Barbour caught four passes for 82 yards. Montae Ashford added four receptions for 28 yards. Demond Green recdorded two receptions for 90 yards and one touchdown. Jordan Haskins and Demond Green each returned one punt for 33 and 21 yards respectively. Kamani Barbour returned one kickoff for 29 yards. Taeandre Clark led the defense with three solo and three assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling seven yards. Joel Ndayisaba added four solo tackles. Keelan Adams recorded three solo and one assisted tackles and scored on a five yard interception return. Zjalijuon White, Khristian Gerton, and Gustave Nzayikusu each recovered a fumble.

Zac Hoellein led Henry Clay’s ground game with 26 yards on five carries. Antoune Webb carried the ball once for 16 yards. Rohan Taylor completed seven of 14 passes for 36 yards and one touchdown with one interception. Luke DiNardo caught three passes for 17 yards and one touchdown. Zac Hoellein added one reception for 11 yards. Antoine Webb returned three kickoffs for 129 yards with a long return of 84 yards. Isaiah McQueen returned four kickoffs for 42 yards with a long return of 19 yards. Sincere Brooks-Davis led the defense with five solo tackles. Nic Jones also recorded five solo tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling two yards. Luke DiNardo added four solo tackles. Lexington Christian Academy started substituting liberally in the first quarter as LCA took a 34-0 first quarter lead on their way to a 62-0 victory over Fort Knox. Lexington Christian Academy recorded 14 first downs and 271 yards of total offense. The Eagles were penalized seven times for 65 yards. Fort Knox recorded four first downs and nine yards of total offense. They were penalized four times for 29 yards, lost a fumble, and had five passes intercepted.

Bennett Gudalis led LCA’s ground game with 102 yards and two touchdowns on four carries. Saxton Howard carried the ball once for 25 yards and a touchdown. Leland Edwards added 24 yards and a touchdown on two carries. Thomas Sizemore recorded 23 yards and a touchdown on two carries. Aiden Lyons, Conrad Hart, and Max Disterdick each ran for a touchdown on runs of 17, 11, and 1 yards respectively. Carter Penix completed four of six passes for 45 yards. Saxton Howard completed two of two passes for 14 yards. Brady Couch, Bennett Gudalis, Jeremiah Burbage, and Cam King each had one reception of 23, 11, 10, and 10 points respectively. Daven Hood returned one punt for 12 yards. Isaac Collins kicked eight of nine conversion kicks and kicked off 10 times for a 59.4 average with seven touch backs. Aiden Lyons led the defense with six solo and one assisted tackles and recovered a fumble. Kaleb Pridemore and Hunter Adams each recorded two solo tackles and Adams scored on a 13 yard interception return. Collin Hensley intercepted a pass he returned 41 yards. Jamey Patterson also intercepted a pass and Brady Couch recorded two interceptions with eight yards of return yardage.

Jaylen Irish led Fort Knox’s ground game with 24 yards on nine carries. Kaiden Porter completed one of 14 passes for seven yards with five interceptions. Carlos Clarke caught one pass for seven yards. Brandon Hawkins returned two kickoffs for 30 yards with a long return of 20 yards. Steven Canales resturned one kickoff for 17 yards. Robert Magalong led the defense with three solo and three assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a six yard loss. Brandon Hawkins added two solo tackles and two assisted tackles. Jaylen Irish recorded two solo tackles.

Johnson Central utilized their punishing ground game to defeat Boyd County by the score of 42-14. Johnson Central recorded 14 first downs and 456 yards of total offense all on the ground and was penalized five times for 55 yards. Boyd County recorded 13 first downs and 228 yards of total offense and was penalized five times for 47 yards.

Zack McCoart led Johnson Central’s ground game with 236 yards and five touchdowns on 16 carries. Logan Music carried the ball five times for 105 yards and one touchdown. Christian Barnes recorded 48 yards on eight carries. Logan Morrow chipped in with 41 yards on seven carries. Austin Slone was zero of one in the passing department. Dylan LeMaster led the defense with six solo and six assisted tackles. Caleb Barnes recorded five solo and five assisted tackles. Logan Music recorded six solo and two assisted tackles. Dalton Matney added three solo and four assisted tackles. Seth Davis recorded four solo and two assisted tackles.

Rhett Holbrook led Boyd County’s ground game with 69 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries. Erik Germann carried the ball 12 times for 57 yards. Hunter Hedrick recorded 39 yards on six carries. Rhett Holbrook completed eight of 15 passes for 63 yards and a touchdown. Cole Hicks caught six passes for 54 yards and a touchdown. Erik Germann led the defense with three solo and seven assisted tackles. Kaleb Kelley recorded six solo and three assisted tackles. Brody Castle recorded one solo and eight assisted tackles. Cooper held on to earn a 24-21 decision over Highlands but it didn’t come easy. The game ended with Highlands facing a fourth-and-10 from the Cooper 37 yard line in the closing seconds but Rio Litmer’s pass was broken up to end the game. The game could have been settled in the first half except for a spectacular play on defense by Highlands’ Adam Surrey. Cooper was leading 21-14 late in the first half when Cooper’s Keagan Maher took a handoff on his own 26 yard line and burst into the open and seemed destined for a touchdown but Highlands did not give up on the play and before Maher hit the goal line Adam Surrey knocked the ball loose and it ended up in the end zone for a touchback as the defenders covered the ball. Cooper took a 24-14 lead in the fourth quarter but Highlands pulled back to within three; 24-21 on a determined 11 yard run by Gabe Williams after the catch on a pass from Rio Litmer setting the stage for the last seconds drama. Cooper recorded 382 yards of total offense while Highlands recorded 398 yards.

Keagan Maher carried the ball 16 times for 116 yards and a touchdown. Cam O’Hara completed 13 of 31 passes for 270 yards and one touchdown with one inter ception. Isaiah Johnson caught five passes for 116 yards. Jaidan Combs added five receptions for 79 yards, Austin Alexander recorded one reception for 71 yards and a touchdown. Ryker Campbell led the defewnse with 11 solo and three assisted tackles. Mason Stanton added 10 solo and two assisted tackles. Max Wethington recorded eight solo and four assisted tackles. Austin Perriman chipped in with seven solo and one assisted tackles. Alex Vogelpohl added six solo and one assisted tackles. Austin Alexander recorded five solo and two assisted tackles.

Jack White led Highlands’ ground game with 74 yards on 16 carries. Rio Litmer carried the ball 14 times for 47 yards. Rio Litmer completed 16 of 23 passes for 238 yards and three touchdowns. Adam Surrey caught five passes for 101 yards and a touchdown. Jackson Arnold added four receptions for 75 yards. Gabe Williams recorded three receptions for 30 yards and a touchdown. Tayden Lorenzen caught two passes for 21 yards and a touchdown. Adam Surrey forced a fumble and Hayden Hass recorded an interception.

Ashland Blazer’s ground game was unstoppable on a rain soaked muddy field as they defeated an injury weakened Greenup County by the score of 51-12. Ashland Blazer recorded 18 first downs and 432 yards of total offense. The Tomcats were penalized six times for 60 yards. Greenup County recorded 13 first downs and 270 yards of total offense. The Musketeers were penalized four times for 30 yards and had two passes intercepted.

Cam Davis led Ashland Blazer’s ground game with 170 yards and two touchdowns on 11 carries. Braxton Jennings carried the ball 14 times for 155 yards and two touchdowns. LaBryant Strader recorded 60 yards and two touchdowns on 10 carries. Maverick Ashby carried the ball four times for 42 yards and a touchdown. LaBryant Strader completed one of three passes for five yards. Braxton Jennings caught one pass for five yards. Adam Frame led the defense with seven solo and one assisted tackles with one interception. Cam Davis added six solo and one assisted tackles and intercepted a pass.
