Campbell County coach Davey Johnson started the following lineup: 5-10 Jr. Isabella Jayasuria, 5-7 Jr. Faith Whitford, 6-2 Sr. Macie Peoples, Fr. Addie Davis, and Jr. Madeleine Barbian. Sacred Heart Academy coach Donna Moir countered with 6-1 Sr. ZaKiyah Johnson, 5-10 Jr. Brianna Wilkins, 6-1 Sr. Morgan Frey, 5-5 So. Tootie Jordan, and 5-8 Sr. Caroline Osting.

Sacred Heart Academy defeated Campbell County by the score of 83-53. Sacred Heart shot 47.4% from the field including eight of 27 from the three point line. The Valkyries connected on three of six free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 39 points off 26 Campbell County turnovers. Campbell County shot 42.5% from the field including six of 16 from beyond the arc. The Camels connected on 13 of 19 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored two points off four Sacred Heart turnovers.

Brianna Wilkins led Sacred Heart Academy with 26 points including three three point baskets, eight rebounds, four assists, and four steals. ZaKiyah Johnson added 26 points including three three point baskets, seven rebounds, and four assists. Tootie Jordan recorded 14 points, two rebounds, eight assists, and six steals. Morgan Frey chipped in with six points, seven rebounds, and two steals.

Isabella Jayasauria led Campbell County with 19 points including three three point baskets, six of six free throws, 10 rebounds, and two assists. 5-9 Fr. Kendall Augsback added nine points.

Great Crossing coach Steve Page countered with 6-5 Sr. Vince Dawson III, 6-5 Sr. Gage Richardson, 7-1 Sr. Malachi Moreno, 5-9 Sr. Junius Burrell, and 6-1 So. LJ Holman.

Great Crossin pulled away in the second half to defeat Montgomery County by the score of 77-60. Great Crossing shot 58.6% from the field including six of 16 from the three point line. The Warhawks connected on three of 10 free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 12 Montgomery County turnovers. Montgomery County recorded 35.6% from the field including 10 of 28 from beyond the arc. The Indians connected on eight of nine free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored nine points off 12 Great Crossing turnovers.

Malachi Moreno led Great Crossing with 30 points, 19 points, three assists, and five blocked shots. Vince Dawson III added 19 points. Junius Burrell recorded eight points including three three point baskets, four rebounds, and four assists. Gage Richardson chipped in with seven points and five assists. 6-5 Sr. Jamari Mason added six points on two three point baskets, three assists, and two steals.

Tyce Jarvis led Montgomery County with 23 points, seven rebounds, and two assists. 6-2 So. Isaiah Rowlett added 18 points on six three point baskets. Andrew Terry recorded 11 points, six rebounds, three assists, and two steals. Dane Klute chipped in with five points, seven rebounds, and two steals.

Pulaski County coach Chris Adkins countered with Sr. Hannah Murray, 5-9 Fr. Lilee Todd, 5-11 So. Bella Stevens, 5-6 Jr. Madeline Butcher, and 5-7 Sr. Taylen Ralston.

Madison Central jumped out to a 24-14 first quarter lead on their way to a 73-54 victory over Pulaski County. Madison Central shot 60.5% from the field including six of 11 from the three point linr. The Indiams connected on 15 of 24 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored 20 points off 18 Pulaski County turnovers. Pulaski County shot 42.2% from the field including six of 20 from beyond the arc. The Maroons connected on 10 of 15 free throws, pulled down 21 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 15 Madison Central turnovers.

Nataya Strader led Madison Central with 30 points, nine rebounds, and four assists. Brittany Campbell added 13 points including three three point baskets, five rebounds, three assists, and two steals. Jordynn Miles recorded 10 points, three rebounds, and two assists. 5-9 Sr. Cameryn Ridderikhoff chipped in with nine points, four rebounds, two assists, and four steals. 5-7 Sr. Tiana Long added six points, three rebounds, three assists, and two steals.

Madeline Butcher led Pulaski County with 14 points including two three point baskets, three rebounds, and three assists. Hannah Murray added 11 points and five rebounds. Taylen Ralston recorded eight points including two three point baskets. 5-8 Fr. Caroline Heist chipped in with seven points, two assists, and two steals. 5-7 Fr. Rilee Ross added six points and three rebounds. Lilee Todd added six points, five rebounds, four assists, and three steals.

Great Crossing defeated Ashland Blazer in overtime by the score of 95-89. Great Crossing took a 41-29 in the second quarter but Ashland Blazer finished the half on an 11-0 run to pull to within 1; 41-40 at halftime. The score was tied 81-81 after regulation but Great Crossing outscored Ashland Blazer 14-8 in overtime. The score was tied nine times and there were 11 lead changes in the game. Great Crossing shot 58.1% from the field including seven of 17 from the three point line. The Warhawks connected on 16 of 17 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 14 points off seven Ashland Blazer turnovers. Ashland Blazer shot 51.6% from the field including 14 of 31 from beyond the arc. The Tomcats connected on 11 of 13 free throws, pulled down 22 rebounds, and scored 20 points off 11 Great Crossing turnovers.

Malachi Moreno led Great Crossing with 26 points including 11 of 12 from the field and four of five from the free throw line, pulled down 16 rebounds, dished out seven assists, and blocked four shots. Vince Dawson III added 26 points including three three point baskets, and seven of seven free throws. Junius Burrell recorded 16 points including two three point baskets, four rebounds, and four assists. LJ Holman chipped in with 10 points including two three point baskets, seven rebounds, and three assists.

Zander Carter led Ashland Blazer with 29 points and six assists. Caleb Clarke added 22 points including four three point baskets and seven rebounds. Drew Smith recorded 17 points including two three point baskets and three rebounds. Preston Hoskins chipped in with 15 points on five three point baskets, three rebounds, and two steals.

Bowling Green defeated Cooper by the score of 37-20. Bowling Green was tough in the trenches tonight as the O-Line opened lanes for the Bowling Green ground game (238 yards and four touchdowns) and the D-Line pressure Cooper QB Cam O’Hara all night and recorded six sacks. Bowling Green recorded 19 first down and 371 yards of total offense. The Purples were penalized seven times for 63 yards and had one pass intercepted. Cooper recorded 20 first downs and 300 yards of total offense. The Jaguars were penalized four times for 22 yards and lost two fumbles.

Montravion Graham led Bowling Green’s ground game with 88 yards on 12 carries. Jaxen Smith added 79 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries. Deuce Bailey recorded 74 yards and three touchdowns on 11 carries. Deuce Bailey completed 13 of 18 passes for 133 yards with one interception. Trevy Barber caught seven passes for 99 yards. Trevy Barber returned one punt for 12 yards. Jaxen Smith returned two kickoffs for 56 yards with a long return of 39 yards. Christopher Sweeney returned one kickoff for 17 yards. Grayson Newman led the defense with five solo and three assisted tackles. Jaxen Smith added four solo and three assisted tackles with 1.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 17 yards and recovered a fumble. Trinity fell behind 14-0 in the first quarter but rallied to defeat Ryle by the score of 42-23. Ryle only trailed 21-17 after three quarters but two “pick sixes” by Trinity in the final quarter settled the issue for the Shamrocks. Trinity recorded 19 first downs and 336 yards of total offense. The Shamrocks were penalized eight times for 65 yards and lost a fumble. Ryle recorded 16 first downs and 358 yards of total offense. The Raiders were penalized 10 times for 78 yards and had two passes intercepted.

Jamaurion Berry led Trinity’s ground game with 81 yards and two touchdowns on 13 carries. Chris. Wilson added 77 yards on 13 carries. Zane Johnson completed 18 of 24 passes for 195 yards and two touchdowns. Mason Scherer caught six passes for 69 yards and one touchdown. Nation Roe-McBroom added five receptions for 46 yards. Jason Hagan recorded four catches for 53 yards and a touchdown. Chris. Wilson caught two passes for 25 yards. Myles Howze led the defense with seven solo and two assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling two yards. Sekou Kamara added seven solo and one assisted tackles. AJ Hughes recorded three solo and four assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a one yard loss. Bailey Vance added three solo and two assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a two yard loss and scored on a 15 yard interception return. Caleb Ricks recorded three solo and one assisted tackles and scored on a 35 yard interception return. Christian Academy of Louisville raced out to a 28-0 halftime lead on their way to a 42-21 victory over Union County. Christian Academy of Louisville recorded 19 first downs and 396 yards of total offense. The Centurions were penalized six times for 55 yards, lost a fumble, and had a pass intercepted. Union County recorded 14 first downs and 247 yards of total offense. The Braves were penalized five times for 50 yards.

Connor Hodge led CAL’s ground game with 137 yards and four touchdowns on 18 carries. Garyon Hobbs carried the ball three times for 25 yards. Connor Hodge completed 13 of 17 passes for 225 yards and two touchdowns with one interception. Trey Cotton caught five passes for 114 yards and a touchdown. JaHyde Brown caught four passes for 44 yards. Bryce Wilson caught one pass for 38 yards and a touchdown. Micah Newsom led the defense with eight solo and two assisted tackles with 3.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 11 yards. Jackson Settle added eight solo and one assisted tackles with three of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 18 yards. Garyon Hobbs recorded five solo and two assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a one yard loss. Kellan Hall added four solo and one assisted tackles with three of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 16 yards. Man Robinson also recorded four solo and one assisted tackles.

Jarren Johnson led Union County’s ground game with 149 yards and a touchdown on 29 carries. Jarren Johnson completed 10 of 23 passes for 90 yards and one touchdown. Luke Thomas caught five passes for 48 yards and a touchdown. Koleby Schroeder added two receptions for 12 yards. Luke Thomas returned three kickoffs for 33 yards with a long return of 17 yards. Abreyan Fletcher returned one kickoff for 13 yards. Kamden Davis led the defense with seven solo and one assisted tackles with 2.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 10 yards. Koleby Schroeder added five solo tackles. Luke Thomas recorded four solo and one assisted tackles. Jarreen Johnsonintercepted a pass he returned 72 yards for a touchdown. Cortayvion Rapier recovered a fumble.

Paducah Tilghman defeated Franklin County by the score of 27-20 to finish the season at 15-0 and earn a state championship. Paducah Tilghman recorded 24 first downs and 528 yards of total offense. The Blue Tornado were penalized 13 times for 112 yards, lost a fumble, and had a pass intercepted. Franklin County recorded 19 first downs and 293 yards of total offense. The Flyers were penalized 10 times for 70 yards.

Michael Hinton led Paducah Tilghman’s ground game with 88 yards on seven carries. Vanzale Hinton carried the ball 13 times for 65 yards. Jack James recorded 13 yards and two touchdowns on nine carries. Matels Carter also ran for a touchdown. Jack James completed 27 of 31 passes for 352 yards and one touchdown with one interception. Martels Carter caught nine passes for 169 yards and a touchdown. Vanzale Hinton added five receptions for 68 yards. Joshua Campbell recorded five catches for 49 yards. Avery Thompson chipped in with three catches for 38 yards. Jakevion Perry added three receptions for 16 yards. Martels Carter led the defense with five solo and two assisted tackles. Vanzale Hinton added four solo and one assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a seven yard loss. Xsavier Cleary recorded four solo and one assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 12 yards. Kylan Ware chipped in with two solo and three assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a five yard loss.

Lad. Simmone led Franklin County’s ground game with 75 ysrds on nine carries. Jack Oldham added 37 yards and a touchdown on seven carries. Juice Robinson recorded 30 yards on two carries. Delano Collins added 25 yards on five carries. Jayquan Crawford carried the ball six times for 20 yards and a touchdown. Knox Barrett completed eight of 19 passes for 100 yards and one touchdown. Lad. Simmons caught three passes for 63 yards. Jacob Taylor added three receptions for 38 yards and a touchdown. Delano Collins returned one kickoff for 19 yards. Hunter Gotshall returned two kickoffs for 34 yards with a long return of 17 yards. Easton Powell kicked off four times with four touchbacks. Jacob Taylor led the defense with seven solo and one assisted tackles. Juice Robinson added seven solo tackles. Hunter Gotshall recorded six solo and two assisted tackles and recovered a fumble. Beechwood defeated Owensboro Catholic 50-34 to hand them their first loss of the year and add another state championship to their already crowded trophy case. Beechwood recorded 19 first downs and 385 yards of total offense. The Tigers were penalized three times for 20 yards. Owensboro Catholic recorded 23 first downs and 463 yards of total offense. The Aces were penalized three times for 25 yards and had a pass intercepted.

Chase Flaherty led Beechwood’s ground game with 74 yards and four touchdowns on 24 carries. Nathan Pabst added 64 yards and a touchdown on seven carries. Clay Hayden recorded 37 yards on seven carries. Tyler Fryman carried the ball twice for 35 yards and a touchdown. Clay Hayden completed 14 of 20 passes for 166 yards. James Cusick caught six passes for 113 yards. Luke Erdman caught three passes for 10 yards. Chase Flaherty recorded two receptions for 14 yards. Tyler Fryman added one reception for 18 yards. Jack Meier returned one kickoff for 50 yards and a touchdown. Nathan Pabst returned two kickoffs for 36 yards with a long return of 22 yards. Tyler Fryman led the defense with seven solo and three assisted tackles. B Sowder added five solo and one assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 11 yards. Brady Atwell completed 29 of 49 passes for 366 yards and two touchdowns with one interception. Dereon Crowe caught 11 passes for 161 yards and a touchdown. Cameron Woodward added six receptions for 67 yards. Waeyn Ebelhar recorded four catches for 58 yards and a touchdown. Xavier Maddox caught three passes for 43 yards. Miles Edge chipped in with three receptions for 31 yards. Shaiden Mitchell returned one kickoff for 13 yards. Vince Carrico led the defense with nine solo and five assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a one yard loss, Miles Edge added five solo and three assisted tackles.
