The Drawbridge Inn in Florence KY once again hosted a fantastic New Year's Eve Party. The fabulous Sensations entertained for the fourth consecutive year. The 2001 party was one for the millenium.
The Sensations played as the crowd danced the night away. Trumpeter Robert Moser, violinist Wanda Barnett Bennett, drummer Anthony "Tony" Key, and vocalist J.R. Hardin brought the house down with their tremendous talent. Keyboardist Harold Sherman of Pro Sound & Lights is a man's man and a lady's man. He had to sneak out the back door and hide during breaks to avoid writer's cramp from having to sign autographs. Bassist Gene Noel played to chants of "Gene, Gene, The Dancing Machine"! The beautiful lady wearing the red sweater is Sharon Hall, saxman David's wife of 16 years. She is sitting at the table with Marty Reid, wife of trombonist Robbie Reid.
Vocalist Kata Rhe Gillispie sang a love song for her sweetie.
White boy David Hall played that funky music
