Friday June 4th, 1999 played with Oddly Enough, Olive Lucy and Ultra, we opened up and hooked up the sound board which wasnt cooperating with us. The vocals kept cutting out but we rocked anyway, next up was Ultra which had really good stage presence, very energetic, Olive Lucy surprised me because I dont dig too much ska but this was good especially their cover of Cyndi Lauper's "Time after Time" next on the bill and last on the bill was Oddly Enough....What more is there to say these guys never cease to amaze me...Quite different than the previous Oddly Enough I was used to hearing but a better, more progressed version, I'm glad we didnt have to play after them...Very hard act to follow.

July 16th...Damn good show, we opened up again but this time didnt have to hook up the sound board which eased the stress off of us, this was by far the best we've played, the energy was there in all of us which helped out alot cause the crowd could see that we were having a blast...Oddly Enough was next and once again put on a good show they played an old song that they used to have that got everyone going...Typical Reject surprised me, they put on a really excellent show. They did a cover of Blink 182's "dammit" and MxPx's "GSF." On the last song Kyle, the guitarist, jumped onto the drumset from his amp...All in all we had fun and hope to play with these guys again.

August 14th with Victory Gin, Typical Reject and Unenlightened...Great show. All the bands did a great job and are really good bands to have shows with since none of them bitch if we can't fit them into one of our shows...We played right after Victory Gin..They have this old Bad Religion kinda sound but put their own touch to it which makes it original They were an awesome band to open a show...Then we got on and did pretty good. On the last song the vocals went out then they were repaired so we went ahead and finished our set....Typical Reject got up next and did great. Jeremy broke his bass. Unenlightened have this sorta Deftones/Rage Against the Machine sound. They put on a great show and got the crowd going which was surprising due to them being the last band.

September 17th, a long anticipated show finally in the past. We charged 5 bucks at the door so we could pay each band at least a dollar each from everyone that attended. The crowd was awesome and very patient. Teenage Rehab was first, at the request of Danny. They did great and sound better than I have ever heard them before. Next up Victory Gin which I think played the best show they have ever played. Everyone was just on it in the band. They have gotten alot tighter since the last show. These guys are always a high point of the shows. Next up we had Oddly Enough. They did alot of old songs like "fuckin wit my head" and a cover of Operation Ivy's "jaded" a sorta sad set considering it was their last show..I'm personally gonna miss hearing "my bed" and miss playing shows with them as a band, as for Randall, he's in the Slipshod family now. Typical Reject was up next and rocked it once again, they get better and better. They had the best stage presence of the night I think. Then dead last was us, we have played better but have played much worse kinda good kinda bad, we were basically just out of practice. I broke out my "Proud to be EMO" shirt for everyone that thinks that we are "emo" who actually have no clue what they are talking about, I take the whole "emo sucks" bullshit as a joke. Might as well play along with some silly ass shit talking.
