SEE TRIPS PAGE FOR MORE DETAILS.     Main Editor, Joseph Antoun   Jesus Christ on the Cross  Egyptian Christian buy Edgeware Road Church    Christchurch's Egyptian Christian Coptics have their own Church in Edgeware Road after Signing of the purchase document by the parish priest of St Mary and St Athanasios, Father Sourial Youseef, and Egyptian Bishop Paula of Tanta, the head of family affairs for the Coptic Orthodox Church. The Coptics have bought the Former Methodist Church, built in 1902. Father Sourial said church members, about 100 families, would continue fund raising to pay for it. About 20 refugee Ethiopian families have also joined the Church.
