Stallion/Stud Of The Year-The stallion with the most points and foals.
Colt Of The Year-Colt with the most points.
Filly Of The Year-Filly with the most points.
Mare/Broodmare Of The Year-Mare with the most points and foals.
Gelding Of The Year-Gelding with the most points.
Over-All Best Horse in AWH Of The Year-This award will be given to a horse chosen by the members. The committee will select the nominees and post them on the message board where members will vote on who should win.
The awards for 2001 have been presented already. You may start sending in your entries for year 2002 titles as of November 1,2002!
Each owner may enter ONE horse into ONE category. Winners are announced based on facts. For example, if you enter your mare with no points and no foals in the Mare/Broodmare category you will most likely loose. This is because you mare does not have foals, and therefore she cannot be a broodmare, and she has no points, therefore not distinguishing her from other mares.
