Kharmelios was once a good man leading an honest life until someone raped and murdered his daughter, Stephanie. Little else is known about him. He vowed vengance, and managed to ressurect Stephanie. He believes Selias did it, since Selias was Steph's boyfriend and disappeared after they got into an argument a year before she was raped.
