Chapter 2: Jerk!!!

“What Theresa? What’s wrong?” Stephanie asked.

“That…that’s the…the…guy that called me a bitch.” Theresa stuttered pointing to the tall blond.

“What?” Lisa said looking at her friend.

“I took his chips, HIS!” Theresa stated staring at the TV. “And that was his friend with him.” Theresa pointed out.

“Which one?” Lisa and Stephanie both asked.

“The guy with the tattoos.” Theresa answered.

“Oh well I…”

“Girls! Where are you?” A voice called out in the front of the bus. All the girls looked at each other then headed out of the entertainment room and towards the front.

“Hey Donna.” Lisa waved.

“Hi girls, did Billy give you your schedule books?” Donna asked as she sat in one of the kitchenette booths.

“Yep, sure did.” Stephanie answered as she sat across from her.

“Well I just got back from talking to the guys and they are happy to have you on tour with them.” Donna exclaimed.

“Sure they are.” Theresa mumbled under her breath.

“Well, I wanted to come over and see how you girls were doing. But I better get going back to my bus before it leaves.” Donna said as she climbed out and walked towards the front.

“Bye Donna.” All the girls waved as she walked off. All the girls piled back, back into the entertainment room as the bus started off to its next destination.

-4 hours later-

Stephanie felt the bus stop as she watched ‘The Simpson’s’. Looking over she noticed Theresa asleep on one edge of the couch and Lisa at the other. Then there was a light tapping on the door then it opened.

“Um…girls were at the hotel, you’ll need to get your things and head in.” Billy said quietly to Stephanie, Stephanie nodded as she nudged her friends lightly. When there wasn’t an answer she thought she’d use another approach.

“THERESA! LISA! GET UP!” Stephanie yelled, as she shook them. Theresa and Lisa both sat up instantly at the loud squeal of Stephanie’s voice.

“What?” Theresa yawned, rubbing the sleep out of her eyes.

“We’re at the hotel.” Stephanie said, as she stood up.

“What time is it?” Lisa asked, as she followed Stephanie out of the room.

“Hmmm…12AM.” Stephanie replied, as she grabbed her bags from a lower bunk then headed off the bus.

“Damn it, I was having a good dream about Justin Timberlake too.” Lisa frowned, jumping off the bus.

“Lisa, do you never.” Theresa smirked, slinging her one strap backpack over her shoulder and headed off the bus and into the large posh hotel. Making their way in they headed straight towards the front desk were an elderly women was standing.

“Welcome to Red Carpet Inn, may I help you?” The lady asked, nicely.

“Yes.” Stephanie replied, as she rested her elbows on the desktop. “We’re here to get our rooms.”

“Ok, name?”

“Ms. Bambi, Ms. Flower, and Ms. Thumper.” Stephanie answered, as the lady typed it up. “Aww, yes you have room 367, 368, and room 369.” The lady said, as she handed the card keys to Stephanie.

“Thank you.” Stephanie smiled, as she left the front desk and headed towards where Theresa and Lisa were leaning on each other on the couch about to pass out asleep. “Hey guys, I got the rooms.”

“Huh what?” Lisa sighed, sitting straight up as she looked at Stephanie.

“We got the rooms, here you take room 367.” Stephanie said, as she handed her the card key then headed to Theresa. “And since your favorite number in 69, I’ll give ya room 369, Theresa.”

“Yeah.” Theresa sighed, sarcastically, as she stood up and grabbed her things and headed towards the elevator with the others behind her.

-With the guys-

The guys were all sitting in the entertainment room talking about nothing much, just the up coming tour and things like that.

“Hey Bri, when’s Leighanne coming back?” Nick asked.

“Next week I think, she’s working up on the finishing touches of her movie.” Brian replied, as he stood up off the couch and walked out of the entertainment room and to his bunk to pack up a couple of things to take to his hotel room.

“What’s up with Amanda, A.J?” Kevin wondered as he also stood up to go grab his things.

“Hmm…well I don’t know right now. Honestly, we’re apart but whenever the tour ends and I go home we get back together.” A.J sighed.

“Don’t worry man, that’s sorta like me and Kat.” Kevin said patting his friend on the back. After the guys finished gathering a couple of their things they headed inside the large hotel. Before they could even go to get their keys Donna had already done it.

“Here guys.” Donna said handing them five different key cards.

“Thanks Don.” They all said.

-In the elevator-

Theresa and Lisa both nearly fell asleep from the long ride to the top floor.

“Damn it, why does it have to take so long?” Terri protested just as she heard a ‘DING’ that indicated that they were at their floor. As the doors came open the three were already down the hall in search of their rooms.

“Hey look Steph, were next to each other.” Theresa smirked as she slipped her card key into the door and walked inside to the dark room. She didn’t bother turning on the light cause she was too tired to do so. Tossing her stuff on the floor somewhere she made her way to the bed and climbed under the cover, after removing her sweats she then dosed off to sleep.

-Meanwhile-

“Hey Nick, man, what’s your room number?” A.J asked as they walked down the hallway of the floor that they were on.

369, why?” Nick asked as he found his room number and was about to put the card in the door when A.J stopped him.

“Let me have that room.”

“Why?” Nick asked.

“Cause 69 is my favorite number and you know that. Please.” A.J begged.

“Damn it, I’m to tired to argue.” Nick gave in as he handed the key to A.J and A.J handed Nick his. As Nick walked away, A.J stuck the key back into the keyhole and made his way inside the dark room. ‘Finally sleep.’ A.J thought to himself as he placed his things on the floor then crawling onto the queen-size bed and fell asleep.

-In Stephanie’s room-

Stephanie was lying in her bed just staring up at the ceiling. She couldn’t go to sleep, she tossed she turned she just couldn’t.

‘What’s up with me?’ Stephanie thought to herself as she climbed out of the bed and walked towards the bathroom.

“Maybe taking a shower might help.” Stephanie stated as she turned on the water and made sure that it was hot enough to make her muscles go weak. After climbing in she soaked for a bit then washed her hair then washed off her body with some Caress ‘Waterfall’ body wash that Theresa suggested that she’d use. Squeezing the blue liquid onto her yellow body sponge then took in its sweet smell. ‘Mmmm, that smells good.’ After cleaning herself off she climbed out of the shower, dried herself off then slipped into a white hotel robe that they had left in her bathroom. Walking back into the main room she fell down onto the bed, but still wasn’t tired.

“That’s it.” Stephanie frowned as she stood up and walked out her room door and down the hall. Walking barefooted along the soft carpet Stephanie wasn’t even paying attention of where she was going. Just then she felt a hard push and fell to the floor.

“Watch where you going.” A deep voice protested looking down at Stephanie. Looking up Stephanie noticed that his gorgeous green eyes were stern and cold. His thick black hair was lying flat and a pair of khaki shorts and black wife beater covered his body.

“Sorry, well if you hadn’t have been in my way then I wouldn’t have.” Stephanie spat as she placed her hands firmly on her hips.

“Well chic…”

“Were you about to call me a chick?” Stephanie butted in. She always hated it when people called her chick.

“Yeah, so.”

“Listen I don’t know you and you don’t know me so just kiss my ass cause I’ve got better things to do than fight with you.” And with that Stephanie left the hall leaving the man stunned that she had actually said that to him. Stephanie stomped to her room and slammed the door when she made it.

“Jerk.” She mumbled as she walked towards her bed.
