“I know.” Theresa smiled running down the hall and to her room, then running back into the living room. “And nothing’s missing.”
“Your goofy.” Lisa rolled her eyes walking to the phone and turning it back on. “Just imagine how many messages we would get if we left this silly thing on the whole time we were gone.”
“Tons probably.” Stephanie replied picking up her bags and carrying them to her room.
“Let’s see, we have two weeks off for vacation, then we are back to promotion right?” Theresa wondered pulling her hair up into a sloppy ponytail.
“Yes. And me and Nick are off for LA.” Lisa giggled. “I can’t wait.”
“I’m sure you’ll have fun. When do the guys get back?” Theresa wondered. It had been awhile since she had spoken to A.J.
“Umm…the day after tomorrow.” Lisa informed.
“Thanks.” Stephanie smiled into the cordless phone as she entered the living room before turning it off.
“Who was that?” Theresa questioned.
“Charles Beeler. He’s Kevin’s attorney.”
“Why are you talking to Kev’s attorney?” Lisa asked exiting from the bar in the kitchen to the couch.
“Because Kristen is stalking me and Kevin. Were going to put an end to all of this childish bullshit.” She stated plainly placing the phone in her pants pocket.
“Damn.” Theresa muttered grabbing the remote control to the TV and flipping it on. “I should have just finished that bitch off that night at the hotel.”
“Yeah. And ruin your goody-goody rep?” Lisa snickered.
“Shut up.” Theresa blushed. “Hey do one of you guys wanna go to the tattoo parlor with me?”
“Do what? Theresa, you heard what Donna said about your tattoos.” Stephanie warned.
“So. I want another one. I want to surprise A.J.” Theresa giggled. “Come on.”
“Fine I’ll go since I don’t really have anything to do.” Lisa gave in.
“Thank you.”
-Later that day-
Scoping out all of the different designs, Theresa sighed and shook her head. “I don’t like any of these.”
“Well then what are you going to do?” Lisa wondered flipping through one of the many books that displayed tattoos.
“I could always get another piercing.” She smiled playing with her already pierced bellybutton. “Maybe my tongue…”
“Eeew…Theresa no! Don’t!” Lisa begged. “That’s nasty.”
“I’ve always wanted to.” She giggled waving Lisa off as she headed for the front desk. “I need to get my tongue pierced.”
-At the same time-
“We have a meeting for Mr. Beeler as soon as you get home tomorrow.” Stephanie informed.
“Baby, why couldn’t you make it Thursday. I want to get some sleep before I have to deal with this Kristen shit.” Kevin wined stretching out in his small bunk.
“That was the only day he was available.” Stephanie hissed silently. “Don’t be grouchy with me.”
“I’m sorry. It’s just that I’m so tired.” He sighed. “I can’t wait to get home to be with you.”
“I can’t wait until you are here with me.” Stephanie purred.
“Maybe we should get away like Nick’s doing.” Kevin insisted. “Maybe to Kentucky or something before me and the fella’s head off to the Bahamas to record.”
“It would be nice to see my family again.” She smiled. “Why can’t I just go along with ya to the beach?”
“We are wanting to down there with out any distractions. If ya get what I’m saying.”
“Oh okay. I’ll miss ya then.” Stephanie frowned. “Just no looking at any girls on beach!”
“Okay, okay, I wont.” Kevin snickered stifling a yawn. “God, I’m tired.”
“Kevin it’s only 6pm here.”
“I know but we had a crazy concert last night and today was a bunch of press. I didn’t get much sleep.”
“Sorry to hear that. Well then I let ya go so ya get can get some sleep, and so I can go grocery shopping.”
“Ok baby. Love ya.”
“Love ya.” Stephanie kissed in the phone before Kevin hung up with a chuckle.
-Meanwhile-
“Oh my god, it hurts.” Theresa cried sucking on some more ice while Lisa drove them to their hairdresser’s studio.
“I told ya not to.” Lisa rolled her eyes. “You best be glad we don’t have to sing tomorrow.”
“I know. I can feel my tongue swelling.” Theresa wined examining the piercing through the visor mirror in the car. “Where are we going?”
“To Julie’s and Greg’s. I need to get my hair trimmed.” Lisa stated nonchalantly.
“Hmm…I could use something new done to mine.” Theresa smirked looking over at her friend.
“Oh God that’s all we need is Theresa coming up with another brilliant idea.” Lisa giggled pulling up to the studio. Climbing from the silver colored sedan the pair entered the fashionable studio and smiled at their professionals.
“So what can we do for ya young ladies?” Julie, a small petite brunette, asked walking towards them.
“I’m here to get a trim…and as for Theresa, I have no clue.” Lisa replied.
“I want my hair cut short and dyed.” Theresa said nonchalantly.
“What!? You can’t dye your hair. You’re the blond one in the group!” Lisa frowned.
“Theresa honey, honestly blond looks good on you.” Greg nodded walking around her. “But we could put brown streaks underneath. That would look good.”
“Whatever you say. You’re the stylist.” She shrugged looking at Lisa. “Give her red streaks!”
-The next day-
Slipping the coffee cup into the white microwave, Stephanie set the timer and watched as the cup did circles on the platform.
“Mmm…what ya making?” Theresa yawned as she opened the freezer and grabbed a piece of ice then popping it into her swollen mouth.
“Hot chocolate.” Stephanie stated just as the timer went off. Opening the door, she pulled out the hot cup and slowly sipping it. “Yum! Don’t you wish you could have some?”
“Shut up.” Theresa muttered while running her fingers through her now shoulder length hair. “You don’t think I went to drastic do you?”
“Honey, your hair looks great, but that tongue ring is enough.” Stephanie smirked. “A.J will be shocked.”
“I think that’s the whole point of making herself look like a lesbo.” Lisa’s groggy voice yawned as she entered the kitchen wearing her PJ’s.
“I do not!” Theresa gasped. “Why don’t you just go back to sleep Lisa.”
“How about you go and pull that nasty thing out of your mouth.” Lisa shot back placing her hands on her hips.
“Damn, pull that tampon out of your ass! If I wanted to hear bitching I’d go say hi to your mom.” Theresa hissed.
“Fuck you! Its not my fault that my mom is on her rag 24/7 and doesn’t like girls who act ‘innosent’.” Lisa rolled her eyes while gritting her teeth.
“You…”
“Ladies! Enough!” Stephanie screamed stepping in between the churning cat fight. “I think we need a vacation from each other. So until Lisa goes to L.A I think your two need to keep peace and stay away from each other.”
“Sounds like a plan to me!” Theresa griped stalking off into her room.
“She’s such a bitch.” Lisa frowned.
“But you started it Lease.”
