God keep your hand upon us and help us with every need,Our schools are without prayer, help get it back again we plead.
Our father who art in Heaven, long ago our day began,that was the good old times,we had our chance to pray back then.
We heard no prayer at home,and so I could'nt wait,to enter into the classroom, so scared I might be late.
I was so proud to say my prayer,but now I sadly say,my grandchildren never heard it,thay have taken prayer away.How could we let this happen? At school they need to pray.
They have stopped our many teachers that want to teach this prayer,but even thought thay stopped them,it will always linger there.
So God we ask you to touch the ones that took our prayer away.When there is no prayer's heard at home,this helps a child to pray.
