2003 SUCCESSES

SUCCESS DAYS IN DECEMBER

DECEMBER 31. This is just for fun and my opinion of the nicest and ugliest autos that I have received in the mail in the year 2003. The nicest were the names that are easily readable and the ugliest, what were they doing? Can't make out a letter in some cases. Click here for the list and scans.

DECEMBER 15. CHIPPER JONES This was a surprise! A regular on the All-Star team and winner of the 1999 Most Valuable Player award in the NL sent the usual typed letter saying due to the amount of mail, unable to sign but please accept this picture. My guess is that it is authentically by Chipper. It was sent in early Feb. of 2003.

The last few years he has been sitting beside Torre as the Yankee's bench coach. I still have have the image of him being thrown to the ground by Pedro in this years' playoffs.
