Ti-Tsang-Wang-Pu-Sa
Ti-Tsang-Wang-Pu-Sa chose not to go to Nirvana so that he could walk the caverns of Hell trying to help the souls there.
He is dressed as a monk with a halo around his body, carrying a staff with metal rings which tinkle as he walks.
He will even try to ensure that souls are not reincarnated as something or somebody evil.
