5/8/01 - Raven becomes the first ever eHw DeatMatch Champion by defeating Bret Hart, The Undertaker, and Taz in a 4 Way Chamber of Horrors Match by escaping the two cages.

5/23/01 - Taz defeats Raven in a Triple Fence of Extreme Match at Born to be Wired 2001.

6/06/01 - Taz quits and Rhino defends the title in his place and is defeated by Chris Jericho at a Rage in a Cage match at Caged Heat.

6/11/01 - Tommy Dreamer defeats Chris Jericho in a Barb Wire Bat 10,000 Thumbtack Match.

6/29/01 - Big Poppa Pump defeats Tommy Dreamer in a Plates of Glass Thumbtack Scaffold Match.

7/25/01 - The Undertaker defeats Big Poppa Pump in a Bed of Nails, Thumbtacks, and Lightbulbs Match with unwanted interference from Taz.

7/29/01 - Cactus Jack defeats The Undertaker in an Explosions Match at Hardcore Addiction.

5/30/04 - Al Snow wins the Deathmatch Title by winning the 2004 King of the Deathmatch Tournament by defeating Mike Awesome in a Hardcore Hell Match.

7/01/04 - Al Snow hands the title to Extreme Task Force member Hardcore Holly after winning the eHw World Title at Cyberslam III.

7/20/04 - The Sandman defeats Hardcore Holly and Chris Benoit in an eHw Deathbed Three Way Dance

8/20/04 - The Sandman vacates the titel after winning the World Title.

10/08/04 - John Cena defeats Sting in an Old School Scaffold Match at Suicide 2004.
