The day you were born the Doctors told us you probably wouldn't make it, but we knew you would because there was a special bond between us that already could not be broken. Then they told us you would be behind and most likely have many problems in life, but we knew you wouldn't because you, in your first year of life have already taught us to expect the unexpected and to love more than we ever imagined we could love. We have a lot of time and a lot of wonderful memories ahead of us and Mommy, Daddy and the rest of your entire family can not wait for what you have in store to show and teach us. You are our true miracle, people ask "Would you do it all over again?" and without hesitation we reply "Of course, in a heartbeat!" because Kayleah Blake, that heartbeat was yours. We love you with all of hearts! 
My Mommy adopted this Guardian Angel for me...as a symbol of the real Angel she knows is watching over me!!!!
