Mourn Not the Light

Mourn not my passing, for I have
lived the light, I have seen beauty.
I have lived in peace for most of
my time and I have loved.
Grieve for him that walks alone,
without knowledge, and dies in
darkness, never to see the light.
Whatever my destiny, I have fulfilled
it, I have achieved what was to be.
My time has come and in my passing
I give the light to others, that they
will light the way.
